We had a water accident and needed to repair our basement. Julia and her team stepped in to help us, and what could have been a stressful effort went very smoothly. Julia helped us identify the nature of the work needed to repair plumbing, ceiling, walls and recover the detailed crown molding. Her contractors were very efficient, and the basement was spotless after they completed the work. We even added brick walls in the guest bedroom, which looked phenomenal. Working with Julia’s Custom Windows and Renovatios was so much better than managing all the different contractors by myself. I highly recommend her and her team.

We had a very limited time window for our hardwood flooring, kitchen, and powder room renovation to be done. Julia was amazing at getting all our contractors lined up, coordinated, scheduled and work done on time including any last minute follow-ups! Having never done a kitchen renovation, she helped us w/practical design ideas and made recommendations based on what we wanted. Julia was was very hands-on and stopped in almost every day to monitor progress. When we ran into a few glitches with the backsplash, she found another tile contractor who got the job done perfectly. Julia worked with us when we decided to upgrade or downgrade a few materials and we were very pleased at the choices she guided us through. We love our refinished hardwood floors, new flooring upstairs, new powder room and kitchen renovation and highly recommend Julia!

Julia has done several projects over the years for me. She cares and does a good job. She just completed the entire ceiling calking and paint of the homes crown molding, along with a laundry room remodel. Very much enjoyed working with her.

Pat and John Breyer loved working with Julia for the design work in three bathrooms and the Master Bedroom which were renovated. She was always available and had excellent suggestions on design and colors. She helped pick excellent suppliers and trades people to perform much of the work that we decided to do. Julia is easy to work with and is very energetic which kept us on our best behavior. It is our opinion that no one would be sorry working with her. She helped select tile design and color. bathroom fixtures, drapes and window treatments, wall colors, shower and walk-in tub designs, and many other items to make the project a real success.

What an incredible job! Julia’s Custom Windows and Renovations just finished putting in 5 transom windows and new French doors for us. Two things set Julia apart from others that have done work for us before. First, Julia is a true project manager. She doesn’t just oversee a project, she owns every aspect of the project. Planning, preparation, through final approval is meticulously attended to. Her communications on the project was second to none. She actually came back to inspect painting twice in daylight because she wanted it to be perfect, and the painting was first coated at night. Second was flexibility. We made changes the first day of the project and she handled perfectly without a single issue. The project still got done on time.
