Led by principal architect and founder John Hamilton, AIA, Hamilton Architects is committed to creating inspiring spaces with intention. We loved working with John Hamilton and his team on our ground up new construction in Santa Monica! The team did a great job planning out the space, helping us thru the contractor bidding and selection process, and also with the city on the permit process!

John Hamilton and his team were wonderful to work with. We added an extension to our 1923 craftsman, and converted our garage to an ADU. John was very conscious of maintaining the feel of our existing home, while adding some needed 21st century upgrades. John was very patient with us, as we are not the best at making decisions, and was always there with great ideas and alternatives. John took the time to get to know us as people, and was therefore able to suggest ways to improve the house's flow, light, and overall usage. It was a great experience working with John and his staff, and we will gladly work with them again on our next project!

John Hamilton and Violet Malolepsza have helped me undertake a major remodel of a home in Pacific Palisades. As I live on the East Coast I was dependent on them for the entire process including drafting the initial plans to overseeing the construction, landscaping and interior design. Despite the distance I found it easy to communicate with the office. They were able to encapsulate in the plans and their execution everything and more I had hoped for in the remodel. They will always creative with solutions for the typical issues that arise during home reconstruction. John Hamilton is the architect we selected to design a major remodel recently completed at our home in Santa Monica. We asked Mr. Hamilton to create a design that was consistent with the existing architectural style, and he accomplished that perfectly. The new addition, comprised of an ADU plus remodeling of the master bedroom, looks as if it were built with the original home. Mr. Hamilton and his staff were extremely cooperative throughout the process and met with us on a regular basis to ensure good communication. Once construction started, his firm also remained involved to make sure things were done in accordance with his specifications. Mr. Hamilton has a designer on his staff named is Sheena, who helped us with the selection of finishes, furnishings and other design elements, so the entire project came together beautifully and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Hamilton Architects.

Hamilton Architects FTW! I interviewed with a number of architects and ultimately decided that Hamilton was the best fit for me. Thus far, I have not been disappointed. The process has been seamless. They provided schematics within a few days of my meeting with them, and we have since narrowed in on the final project. Since then, they have provided outstanding (and reasonable!) recommendations to surveyors and engineers as well. I am very pleased with the work they have done and cannot wait to see the finished product! Thank you John, Joseph & Diane for all of your hard work! It doesn't go unnoticed by me! I highly recommend Hamilton Architects.

John Hamilton and his team provided full architectural plans and engineering for the teardown of our existing home and rebuild of our new home. The existing home was 1158sqft, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The new home is just under 2900sqft, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. John and his team are unmatched in their ability to take their clients wish list and transform it into an architecturally stunning house that fits into the parameters dictated by both budget and physical space. We have walked through homes that were built using "design-build" services and the difference in finish and aesthetic is glaring. This was our first time building a house and we were initially unsure of the "right" approach. Having now gone through the process and experienced the joys of our new home, we can't imagine doing it without the experience and vision of an architect such as John Hamilton.

They are extremely professional yet don't forget a personal touch. John has an exceptional vision and talent for layout and utilizing the efficiency of space. John and his crew are top notch! John Hamilton Architects has designed 3 houses for my development company to date and we plan to continue our great working relationship. They understand what's on the edge, new and desirable in planning and design, as well as design that is timeless and tried and true. They understand the labyrinth that is the City of Los Angeles Building and Safety Department and many of the Westside through to Hollywood specific plan nuances. Their interior design work is always the starting point of how we fully envision any home to built. Hamilton Architects are always my first referral when people ask!

Hamilton Architects is a great group. Creative, practical, client friendly and reasonable fees. A pleasant surprise.i had a finite budget and they worked tirelessly to keep me at that budget. I also had numerous ideas and they were patient and listened to the all and incorporated as many that were reasonable.

コメント：What is the dimension of the floor space for the shower/tub combo?8'x8' is really comfortable, but you can get it down to 7'x7' and still work - with the right (small) tub. Sorry for the late reply.
