Terrible experience. We had our floor installed 2 years ago this August and our floor is lifting In multiple places. We went down to the company and we were told by Rosa that there is nothing they can do and better than that they don’t even carry the flooring we chose anymore. We were told that that she would send her installers by to look at it and see what it would cost to try to fix it and we have not heard another thing from them. This is the 3rd time we have contacted them and gotten no follow up response. Terrible !!!

Money Finders Group

Just a warning.....DO NOT use this flooring place! They took my $10,000 and installed the worst quality vinyl flooring! The entire floor of my house (2600 sf) is LIFTING everywhere! Such faulty installation and material that they sell!!!! You will not like to know how they treat their customers -- they tell you they'll take care of it, then you don't hear from them and they don't answer or respond to you once they have your money! That is the way they treat their customers! Don't experience what I did -- go somewhere else!!

We learned about The Floor Factory Outlet through our local Home Show. What caught my attention at the Home Show was the fact that their display looked just like Lumber Liquidators (LL) ! They had the best price for laminate flooring installation--better than LL. My contact with all staff was always professional and timely; always very helpful. They moved the furniture, removed the old carpeting, and installed laminate flooring in a 2 bedroom apartment--- included living room, hallway and four closets--- nice job in record time---about 8 hours. They sent 3 installers, 1 for each room. We are very satisfied with the job! We would hire them again.
