My first project was in 1987. Sunpower gutted my old ugly kitchen and gave me one that has withheld the test of time in quality and style. Jon built a wraparound deck that has greatly enhanced the curb appeal. Shortly after that he extended my master bath to include a double shower and a huge hot tub. He has removed a free standing fireplace, installed huge skylights, made two large beautiful rooms out of four. He basically built me a new home which I LOVE! I’ve just begun a new project with Jon to begin in Spring. When you find the best, you stick with them!

Jon Costanza and SunPower Builders have completed three major projects for us - a four story addition and master suite remodeling for our first home and an extensive kitchen/family room/dining room remodeling in our new home. Jon always works to the highest standards of quality and integrity. Jon works hard to save the customer money. He took care of the design for both remodeling projects, saving us the expense of hiring an architect. He also found a way to reconfigure our existing kitchen cabinets, so that we did not need to buy new ones. The only issue we have had is with projects not completing as quickly as we would have liked, though this is often due to unexpected problems discovered in the course of the work - such as inferior/unsafe electrical or plumbing work discovered when walls were demolished which needed to be redone. I highly recommend Jon for any building project you may be considering, however large or small.

Sunpower Builders is a company I can trust with my house. They have years of experience with new and old construction. We have an 1850's farmhouse, and it was imperative we have knowledgeable experienced people to bring the new remodeling into our old house. The safety of my house, the professional manner of all the employees, and the quality of workmanship, and knowledge of proper materials are some of the elements they possess. I have hired them for various projects such as the recent near total rebuilding of my back porch enclosure which is now the nicest room in our home. They also as skilled in alternative energy sources and how to integrate them into homes.

Excellent installation and subsequent anti-squirrel fix. Jon did a great job installing our solar panels and our solar attic fan.

コメント：what is the exterior on silo?Its a regular exterior plaster that was modeled by hand. I keep it simple.

コメント：What are the pros and cons of solatube vs velux solar tubes ...I love them, both. I use them for interior dark hallways, staircases even showers. They cost somewhere around 1000$ installed, and if youre not fastidius with your installation its a pain to get them ...

コメント：Are the blueprints for these houses online? Especially the barn-like house? Thank you.No. All are projects are custom designs tailored to the client and site. I'd be happy to send you a design/build proposal. 90% of our work is design/build, the other 10% is design only.
