I have benefitted from the audio/video services of John Giesing, both before and after the creation of Choice Control Audio Video, dating back to 2004. On every occasion, I have found him to be nothing but professional, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. John originally oversaw the installation of my home's audio and video system in 2004. This included a 5.1 surround sound system in my family room, as well as the installation of speakers throughout every downstairs room, courtyard, and backyard. A few years later, John supplemented this system with additional speakers throughout my backyard, as well as a 5.1 system in my master bedroom and upstairs loft. As one might imagine, such a system has required some troubleshooting over the years, and John has always been accommodating and prompt in his responses. (This has continued to be the case, despite Choice Control being located in Los Angeles and my home being in San Diego.) I last benefitted from John's services in August 2015, when my water heater broke, prompting the need to remove ALL the equipment John ever installed over the years. No easy undertaking, but John was at my house within days of the flooding and ensured the equipment was removed safely. Once the repairs to my home were made, John promptly returned, re-installed all the equipment, and spot-checked everything to my satisfaction. I unequivocally recommend John Giesing and Choice Control for anyone's audio/video needs.

John came first to assess what one project would cost and while I didn't go forward with it at the time he did require my phone lines to inside my house. He was on time, completely courteous, professional and fun to talk to. I look forward to doing the initial project with him in the near future

John set up our entertainment system in our new house. This included mounting two flat screen TVs as well as connecting existing speakers in the house to our system. He did a great job, arrived on time, completed all work efficiently and we've loved our system ever since. John is very easy to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs audio/video installs
