Northern Colorado's Architecture Firm

John Dengler and Associates, P.C. is a small architectural firm located in Fort Collins, Colorado. Established in 1982, we have been excelling in the design of unique single-family custom homes along the Colorado front-range, as well as in mountain communities such as Steamboat Springs, Estes Park, Winter Park, Durango, Keystone, Flagstaff, Arizona, and Wyoming. Each home we design is specifically tailored for the lot and the owner's individual program and becomes a living, artistic expression of their personalities. The firm consists of John Dengler - Owner and Registered Architect in Colorado, Arizona, and NCARB nationally certified, Kim Morton- Production Manager and Auto-CAD Specialist, and Jonathan Day- an Architect. By maintaining a small office, I am able to devote a lot of personal time and attention to each project.

John was an awesome architect to work with. He met me on my lot, he took my wish list and all my pictures and ideas and designed a house that met my criteria - looks like it belongs on the land, designed for energy efficiency, fit my budget, had the space I wanted, took advantage of the views. John helped me source and select builders and stayed in the process with me and my builder to help with design elements as we went. I love my finished product and would willingly refer John to my friends and would work with him again myself - but I won't have to because he already designed my dream home.

We hired John and his team as first time home builders and it was the best thing that happened to us. In our case, the first 3-6 months of the project were very overwhelming and John was always there to give his unbiased and 'what you see is what you get' opinion and this exactly what we were looking for. He is one of the view people that gave us the impression that he had all the time in the world to either meet face-to-face, over the phone or any other way of communication and it comes naturally and was very relaxing in a stressful project and most importantly he designed a beautiful house. My wife and I highly recommend John & his team and if we ever decide (very unlikely) to build another house then the decision of will be the architect is an easy one.

He and his team were able to successfully take into account our lifestyle, wants, needs and tastes to design a home that fits us perfectly and looks stunning.
