Our 2500 sq. ft showroom features everything from fireplaces to wood stoves, BBQ’s, furnaces and air conditioners. It seems that you've had a recent situation with our establishment. We try our best to resolve issues as they arise in a timely and professional manner, as we've been in business for over 30 years. We were out to your house December 3rd free of charge because you said there was an issue with the glass which was just initial burn off, something all the units do in the beginning. This recent issue was neglect on the customer's part and had nothing to do with the performance and quality of your product. This was explained to your husband because you were not there, and a discount was even given because it was a simple fix. We always try our best when working with our customers but it has to work both ways. Its hard to reach a fair conclusion when it's only seen from one perspective. Thank-you for posting your opinion. We stand behind all of our staff and courses of action.
