CONCRETE WATERPROOFING AND RESTORATION CONTRACTOR Welcome to FSR. We are a family owned business based out of Mount Vernon, but serve all of Western Washington. Our company specializes in concrete waterproofing, deck coatings, crack and joint repairs, as well as surface cleaning. We have provided these services in the Northwest since 2001. We are licensed, bonded and insured for your protection. Our primary focus is customer service with accountability, integrity and accessibility from start to finish. We assess the need of the customer and come up with solutions for lasting results. Some of our services include surface preparation, crack and foundation repairs, rebuilding expansion joints, waterproofing, pedestrian traffic coatings, stains, as well as pressure washing. We also offer maintenance programs for our finishes. We believe in relationships, not jobs. Hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 6pm Closed Sat and Sun.
