Joe is a professional builder with a calm, patient personality. He guided us through the building of our boathouse making good recommendations for us. He was on time and within budget. Because we were not on the job site as much as we would like, he would send us pictures and videos of the progress. We did not ask for them; this is the care he took of us. We are very happy with the finished product and enjoy bringing friends and family to the lake. We highly recommend Joe Krofchek for your building project!

We needed a storage and wine solution for our dining area. We have a long dining room with a hutch space. The design we decided on was a long row of cabinets with a wine and cocktail built in where the hutch would be. Because we have a white kitchen with white countertops Joe built us a custom would countertop stained to work with flooring and other tones in the house. Workmanship is excellent, work area kept clean, in time and within budget.

After talking to several contractors we engaged with Krofchek to undertake a 4000 square foot whole house renovation. nothing was untouched. I had a friend who had a great experience with Krofchek; his job turned out great. We chose to work with Joe liking his demeaner; easy to talk to, no arrogance and when presented with a situation he know the options and obstacles without hesitation. My wife and I lived in our guest bedroom during the 9 month project. Joe and his team were very respectful to our presence and needs during the renovation project. All the sub-contractors Joe brought on site were equally top notch and respectful while doing great work. We left some of the finishing touch decisions like baseboards , window trims, custom door designs and beam trimming /finishing to Krofchek and the results are classy, fit the decor of the house and unique. The project took a bit longer than we may have liked, but truthfully we were indecisive about cabinets, HVAC options and door options which delayed ordering and extended the project timeline. After seeing our finished home and from our referral, I have 2 friends talking to Joe about their eventual projects

We remodeled our master bath and turned to Krofcheck Construction. He provided valuable expertise and ideas to update our bath from a tub/standing shower into a walk-in. Joe and his team were reliable and did beautiful work. He provides excellent customer service and when we had a concern, he addressed it immediately.

Joe constructed our boat dock at Spring Mt Ski Ranch. He was on time and on budget. The craftmenship was excellent. I would recommend his company. We are using him for other projects we have.... which says it all.

Had a 20x30 garage built. Everything turned out more than we expected with quality work. It far exceeded our expectations. Joe does his company proud. Our HOA needed it to match our home. Krofchek Quality Construction did a nice job refurbishing/rebuilding our dock. His work is professional and he shows up when he says he will. :) Overall very happy.

We recently completed two remodelling projects with Krofcheck Quality Construction and highly recommend Joe Krofchek. The first project was a remodel on our kitchen and new flooring and paint throughout the whole house. The second project was a complete redo on our master bath that included building a large walk in shower. He was completely focused on creating exactly what we wanted, adhering to our budget and sticking to an expedient timeline. Joe completed a portion of the work himself and the rest was done by his team of highly qualified sub contractors.
