Williams Ridout did a fantastic job for us. They listened carefully to our needs and wants and delivered beyond our expectations. They did a brilliant job of our kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas and TV room. They take great pride in the work they do and the result is a happy customer. They were professional and courteous at all times from the planning right through to the implementation.

Williams Ridout designed, built and installed fitted units for the master bedroom and a media unit and shelving in the lounge. They listened to my ideas, designed the units accordingly and then did a great job installing the units, taking great pride and care in giving me what I had asked for. They also came in on budget and within the timescale agreed. All those who have visited the house since have been very impressed with quality of the work. I would certainly recommend them for their design and build quality.

Williams Ridout are skilled craftsmen and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish the whole team were easy to communicate with, straight forward, reliable, respectful but most importantly exceptionally talented. After the previous owners had blocked off any natural light from that end of the lounge and, for some inexplicable reason, had decided to situate the boiler there(!), we needed an innovative solution that would disguise the presence of the boiler but nevertheless compliment the aesthetics of a traditional Victorian property. We had the idea of a bar unit (hopefully you'll agree its more club lounge than Del boy!) that would help reflect some light, work as a feature piece and provide some valuable extra storage. The boiler is hidden in a tall cupboard at one end with a wine rack on the opposite side. The centre of the unit has a mirrored back with glass shelving to hold glasses / spirits. Everything about the unit is perfectly proportioned and the detailing on the unit itself compliments the traditional features of the room / property. (I still need to take more pictures but have attached a couple of early shots to give people an idea) Once again, my wife and I are indebted to Williams Ridout for creating such an exceptionally high quality piece of bespoke furniture for our house. After their first project for us, a bespoke kitchen, we had no hesitation in getting them to quote for this job. In addition to the top-notch quality of the craftsmanship, everything about the service from Joe and Al at Williams Ridout is first class: from the easy rapport established whilst refining the idea during design process, to the excellent communication and coordination around timing of installation, to the trouble-free installation process and the finished product itself. We've used them before and Williams Ridout will always be our first point of call for any bespoke carpentry / furniture jobs where the quality of the finish is of critical importance. I'll upload some more shots as soon as I can so that people can get a better sense of the quality of the work.

Joe, Alistair and the team at WR are excellent to work with from start to finish of the project. Great designs, skilled craftsman and dedicated to their work regardless of the time or effort it might take to achieve the result, which is worth waiting for. Fully understood what we wanted to achieve, the need to modernise and maximising the space available, while at the same time ensuring the designs were in keeping with the building.
