The vision and innovation was far beyond what i expected and miles further from anything i could have designed on my own. The finished product was gorgeous and the time line was very accurate. Will work with them on all future projects.

I was beyond thrilled with my renovated kitchen, living room and dinning room. A bit of a delay on certain things, but overall I am beyond happy with our upgrade ! Totally recommend !

If you are looking for a company that is going to finish your project in a high quality, timely, professional manner and communicate with you throughout, hire someone else. If you don’t care how long your project takes, the responsiveness of your contractors is not important and you do not pay attention to details, feel free to give them a shot. First, the positives: we liked the design. Unfortunately, once work began, there were issues all around. Permits were not filed when we were told they would be, there were weeks at a time when no one showed up. There were many quality issues- the bathroom tile had to be redone because the first time was just awful. While they agreed to redo the tile work, the second time was a slight improvement but still had some issues (chipped tile in some places put together like pieces of a jig saw puzzle.) Conversations about materials used/design aspects were forgotten or overlooked. Some materials that we were promised were out of stock indefinitely and comparable replacements were magically more expensive, so we were stuck and had to go with alternatives to stay within budget. Cabinets had scratches/chips in several spots. Paint was splattered in many places, including the brand-new floor they had installed. Only after we mentioned this repeatedly, did they cover the floor. Unfortunately, it was too late and there are some permanent paint/spackle stains on the brand-new floor and refrigerator. The walls had rough patches in many places that could only be caused by using a dirty brush/roller. Whenever we mentioned issues or problems, the response was always, "we know what we’re doing, we’ve done 100s of basements!" In total, they were at our house for close to 9 months. During that time, we asked them to stop work for 1 week and waited a few weeks for our initial inspections, you can say that 8 months were attributable to them. Most questions had to be asked multiple times in order to get a straight answer. We often had to ask, and practically beg for updates on the status of things. They misrepresented about having contacted our town to get finial inspections scheduled, because when we contacted the town to do a change on the permits, we were told that no one had reached out about final inspections. Our project became low priority for them and they treated it that way. Finally we had a plumbing emergency which resulted from them failing to create one of the access panels in the sheetrock we requested to give us access to an outdoor pipe. We had to call a plumber at our own expense to address this emergency. We finally had enough and asked them to return and finish the job by a date certain, which they did not do, but waited until past our deadline to say that they wanted to return and finish the job, by which point it was too late. We had to hire several different professionals to finish the project, including extensive drywall repair and repainting the entire space.

I am thrilled with the work done by Arias Home. They were so professional keeping us informed of the process every step of the way. The team was reliable, responsive and paid attention to detail. I never would have come up with the designs on my own and I love that Julissa helped me to go outside of my comfort zone. The end result is beautiful and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Looking forward to working with them again on the next project!

We hired Arias to renovate our kitchen and living room. I'll start with the positive - we liked the design very much. However, the rest of the process was extremely frustrating and went on for three times as long as what they originally told us. It started with permits being filed wrong which led to a delay in the start date. There were issues with nearly everything along the way: cabinets were ordered incorrectly, floors needed to be done three times, furniture was extremely delayed with no explanation, furniture pieces we didn't order were delivered, conversations about the design/construction were forgotten, etc. The original schedule we received had work being done everyday, but in reality it was maybe 3 days a week on average. And to top it off, they asked us for payments along the way that were not in our contract and never returned to finish the final punch list. When we hired Arias they sold us on the fact that because they handle both the design and construction things would go very smoothly. Unfortunately, this was not at all the case for us.

I called Arias home.to do a.living room make over for me. I was in desperate need of help to find my own style and i had never worked with a designer before. Theu came to our home and spent time asking what we liked. what my favorite color was. if i thought my current room reflected my personality. About a week later they returned with several idea boards and we picked the one we loved. Then the call came for instilation day and the big reveal...I can not explain the feeling when I walked into my house and saw what they had done...it was unimaginable..amazing..perfect...and totally me. If you have any design needs look no further. Everyone deserves to live in a beautiful space that matches their personal.style and Arias will be the perfect partner to do just that! I cant wait for.our next project!!

The job they did was excellent. Remodel my livingroom. It took a week to finish everything. I would definitely recommend this company.

Julissa did a fantastic job redoing my basement that hasn't been touched since the house was built in the sixties. It got the modern facelift it deserves and I'm very happy it was competitively priced. I also appreciate that she kept me in the loop even when things were beyond her control.

I hired Julissa and her team to renovate my kitchen and dining area. This is my first time working with a designer and I have to say they exceeded all my expectations. Julissa was very patient with me and all my questions. We were always in communication and when everything was done I was blown away by the end result. Now we have a beautiful modern kitchen and spacious dinning room for our large family gatherings. Everybody was impressed with the work and I couldn't stop saying it was from Arias Home. Simply the best.

We wanted a master oasis to enjoy, but had a very dated and odd shaped room. Arias home has the talent and vision to create a master suite beyond our expectations. They really took the time to determine our style and made us feel so comfortable in the entire job start to finish. And also made sure to find things that were quality pieces, We not only gained a master suite of our dreams, but lifelong friends as they are such caring people. We cannot wait to start out next project with them! I would trust no one else with my home other than Arias Home.

We first met with Julissa in the beginning of 2015 and she was very patient with us since we had to phase out the project. She gave us a color pallet that I was terrified of, but now I love it!! :-). And seeing the furnished room really pulls everything together. She did an amazing job!! I am horrible at making decisions but she would re-assure me and would day "it's ok, you're going to love it" and she was right. When I walked into the house I was speechless! The set-up and the furniture, just absolutely beautiful. For a moment I couldn't beliebe it was my house I was in! She did a great job and thank her very much!!

Let me start by saying I am a control freak and not normally one to give up control. When I hit a total block with how to style our living room I called in Julissa. She nailed it. She nailed us. She was on budget, on time and it was amazing. I am so happy with the end result. She thought of things I would never have thought of. Most importantly she turned a room that we never used into one that we use every day and are so proud of. I would recommend her in a heartbeat and look forward to having her style more rooms in our house.
