Apartment complete renovation Dublin; Jane was great to work with, we met multiple times to discuss what I wanted from the renovation, she met me at the apartment, and at suppliers and advised me on all decisions. She listened to my ideas and guided me based on her expertise to make smart selections on finishings e.g. flooring, blinds, colour scheme. She has great connections with suppliers (builder, blinds, kitchen) and managed all the logistics, and communications (including snag list) and helped me with my direct communications with them also. Apartment turned out beautifully and was done on time and with minimal stress for me! Thank you Jane!

After my first meeting with Jane Higgens, I knew I wanted to work with her. Jane wanted to hear about us, how our house functioned, who we were and what we had in mind to help us design the best look for our home. I was most impressed with Jane’s patience and professionalism. After we had agreed on our plans, I decided I wanted a completely different look for the entrance of my house. I was nervous to make the call, but Jane was so easy to talk to and she just moved forward with my idea. She was so polished making me feel like I was her priority and letting me know that her job isn’t finished until I was happy with her work. I was delighted with the service provided by Jane. She redesigned 2 children's bedrooms and really understood what we were looking for from the start. She transformed a small box room into a spacious bright and fun space and upgraded the spare bedroom into the perfect teen haven with additional study space. Jane managed the process from start to finish and took on board all feedback during the process. Jane has already completed two projects for my home, redesigning our master bedroom and also both living rooms. She has been great to work with and both creative and practical in her advice. Jane is now working with me on the redesign of my kitchen and breakfast rooms and I am delighted with the designs and plans she has created.

I cannot recommend Jane enough. This is my second project with Jane. It was a large renovation project and Jane helped me design the kitchen, utility and fitted furniture. She also advised on interior design with respect to colour and wallpaper choices and has great taste. I am absolutely delighted with the final results. Jane really listens to your needs and desires for your home and what I really like is that she doesn't push her views but points you in the right direction. But if she feels something would be a better solution she will say so. She is very responsive and works within budget. She has a great team who deliver the bespoke kitchens & fitted units. She is also a lovely person to work with.

What do you do if you live in Germany, but bought an apartment in Ireland that needs total refurbishment ? In my case I had to the good fortune to meet Jane via her internet webpage, we started talking, met once and then she started and completed the project... in amazing style, on the money and in time. It was truly a blessing to have come across Jane. Regular calls where always meaningful. Key decision points were discussed and agree in a no-nonsense, straight forward manner. Jane made design proposals that added to our own thoughts and make the final result so much better than expected. The handymen that Jane organised worked well and delivered great quality. So in conclusion it is really no surprise that I very gladly recommend Jane to anyone needing a home design or refurbishment. It was a great pleasure for us ... and it will be for you.

We were very lucky to be able to get Jane for the 2nd time to complete work in our home. She designed a walk in wardrobe, children’s wardrobes, boot room, fridge freezer unit and sitting room panelling. We feel her work is of a terribly high standard. When we decided to do a major renovation of our house, a family centred kitchen and good storage were critical elements. At the recommendation of a friend, we engaged Jane for the project. Jane really took the time to listen to what we wanted, to come up with several options and to work with us extensively so that we were happy that he selected designs were optimal. Even when we changed our mind about where we wanted our new kitchen to go, Jane was patient with us and drew up new designs. She was organised throughout and meticulous about build quality. The result is a space we are so happy to call home, a reward from Jane’s attention and care that we enjoy living in every day.

Jane did a fantastic job on our house this year. Jane and her service providers worked to a specific deadline for us which was very efficient given we had a small window between when we received keys to our house and the arrival of a baby.
