I have nothing but praise for Mark IV Kitchens. With the help of Elin Trieu and the Mark IV contractors, Mark IV created my dream kitchen. The whole kitchen remodel from the design phase through construction was a pleasure. Every person connected to the process was responsive and helpful. Unbelievably, the construction, which including tearing down a wall and installing hardwood floors in two rooms, was completed in 4 weeks! I never imagined that this process could run so smoothly! I highly recommend Mark Iv Kitchens.

Mark IV renovated the kitchen in our early 1900s house. Their design team developed a plan that fits beautifully and seamlessly into the existing architecture. The workmanship was top notch; skilled craftsmanship in all aspects: engineering, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Our kitchen is exactly what we wanted and it was completed on time and on budget.

I can not say enough of the team over at Mark IV - from the owner Jack to their exceptional crew - they are true professionals. Upon a referral through a friend we worked with them for a large kitchen project and about half way through we were so thrilled with their work we started planning on master bath Reno - which they've now also completed. They are honest, dependable, provide an exceptional experience all the way around and have excellent craftsmanship. Elin's design eye quickly honed in on my style and taste and her response time was very fast. They will be the first number I call if I ever need a kitchen or bath again. I can't speak highly enough of them!

On referral from my general contractor, I worked with Mark IV Kitchen Gallery to fine tune my kitchen layout, and to select cabinets, counter tops, kitchen sink and faucet fixtures, all purchased through Mark IV. I worked with Cindy, who was helpful and very nice to deal with. I was able to get appointments at convenient times, and to select from a variety of suppliers and materials within my budget. Cindy also gave me valuable advice and opinions when I brought samples from the flooring and backsplash which I was purchasing elsewhere, so that everything was coordinated.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Mark IV in the fall of 2013. We contacted a few contractors about our project and felt that Mark IV was the only one who listened to what we wanted in our kitchen; others told us the kitchen they wanted to give us. The designer we worked with was Elin Kiefer and we can not say enough good things about her. We felt like she really listened to us and found ways to include everything we wanted. She did a great job of directing our choices and helped us find a balance between our different styles and also kept us within our budget. When we ran into some difficulties dealing with Gerhard's over our appliances Elin stepped in and helped coordinate the order so that we had the correct sizes and on time delivery. The crew who worked on our job was great too. We lived in our home during the remodel and they were considerate of our presence. They answered our many questions and kept us informed along the way. We now have a beautiful kitchen that is spacious and great for entertaining. We still cant believe it is the same awkward crowded space we used to have. Thanks Mark IV and Elin for a wonderful job!

Cindi did a really wonderful job planning out my new kitchen. Both my contractor and myself enjoyed working with her. everything was handled in a very professional way. I would not hesitate using Cindi or Mark IV again.

This review is way overdue. My kitchen was completely gutted and expanded in the Fall of 2013. Cindi Succa was my design expert and she did a fabulous job with every aspect. Particularly the large island presented a design problem and she came up with a creative solution which has been functional and fabulous! She was very responsive to emails, phone calls, so communication was excellent. I would highly recommend working with this company for value, ethics and knowledge!

This review is long overdue ... I apologize, I was too busy cooking, eating, hosting, socializing, admiring & LOVING my new kitchen! I was also too busy recommending Mark IV to every person I know that has mentioned redoing their kitchen. Drew and I can't thank you enough for the amazing job you did. Elin, you were exactly what we were looking for in a kitchen designer. We couldn't be happier with your design and all of your efforts throughout the entire process. Great job. Helped me design my new beautiful kitchen. Provide two designs and I selected the more modern transitional kitchen version with island. Love the two tone color scheme- brown wood grain island and classic creme white outer cabinets, neutral beige speckled quartz countertops and medium tone wood floors. More efficient layout for appliances and provided more storage - cabinets to ceiling, tall pantry, soft close drawers in right place. I like the more modern, light and airy look. Like the details -tall pantry, island with feet, modern hardware, and open glass cabinet for display items and crème molding covering soffits.

I have used Mark IV kitchens for 2 kitchens. They are a professional, low pressure group, and a pleasure to work with.

Mark IV is very professional. They are very friendly and trustworthy. They are easy to work with and are quick to answer questions and concerns. When working in your home they are clean and neat. The work they do is high quality. We would recommend Mark IV to anyone who is looking for a new bath or kitchen. We have used they on 2 projects and are extremely happy with both. We would highly recommed Mark IV.
