Perch Construction and Design

I am a real estate broker with Kentwood Real Estate and I hired Jessica and Perch Design to stage a corporate listing that I recently had. The outcome was amazing. From start to finish, she asked the right questions, visited the house to better understand the type of furniture which would work best, and then made great selections. She complemented the color scheme of the house with the furniture in a way that I couldn't have been more happy. Her attention to the small details was also impressive. I had one client view the house and ask, "Can we buy the furniture with the house?" I think that is the highest compliment that can be received.

We hired Jessica to help decorate the main living space of our new home. She did a wonderful job capturing our design preferences and expounding on those preferences. She was very easy to work with and we would highly recommend her services. We fully intend to use her design expertise in the future.

Perch Home Staging is amazing! Jessica helped me stage my house prior to sale and the house went under contract right away. It just looked so modern, stylish, and fresh, which brought out the open modern feel of the house. My project had a few interesting challenges. For one, I had a time crunch but she made it happen. Secondly, we had a big snow storm but the crew was careful not to get track in snow and water into the house. Lastly, I had a cavernous living room which needed special attention. She knocked it out of the park designing a space that made the room feel truly comfortable. Really impressed! I hope Houzz customers benefit from Perch as much as we did, and I know they will. Working with Jessica was such a great experience and we highly recommend her. I was thrilled when she answered her phone right away (I called other stagers and left messages and never heard back!). Jessica was very helpful and thorough over the phone about the process of staging and rooms that she recommended be staged. She was our first staging experience so we were not sure what to expect. She met us at our client’s property to see the style of the home and size. From there she was able to asses what type of furniture and décor the home needed.
