I've tried to contact this company several times through either email, their facebook page, their website contact form, and left voicemail. Due to the time difference (I'm in Pacific zone) I typically cannot call Central and Eastern companies during business hours and depend on electronic messaging or at least a call back when I leave a voicemail. Looking at the few online reviews I found on them, the reviews look like they were by employees or by media marketing accounts, nothing very recent. I was able to get them by phone once when I was wondering where the package was that I ordered from their website about a week prior. I got the impression from the lady who answered the phone that they hadn't even realized they got an order from me, but she said I should get it by next week, which I did . That whole time there was no shipping email, no tracking number. Anyway, the samples I bought had holes in them and while one looked like it was just what I needed to fill my two room project, it had holes and I had questions about the product I needed to ask. After emailing sales@replicationsunlimited (email displayed on their website) with my questions 11 days ago, I still haven't heard from them. Based on my experience, I decided I cannot trust that I can send them a few thousand dollars and receive a quality product, or that I would have support if the product had defect. If the company tries to change my mind, I'll update this review.
