Buying a handmade persian rug is a signifiant investment decision for any family. The selection process started with a visit to our house by Jenny to assess our style and needs in developing a family living space for adults and children to enjoy. The next step involved a tour of selected pieces in Jenny's showroom and we were drawn to her award-winning 'Ruby Room' design. Jenny organised for us to test out the design in our home by delivering a trial-rug the same day. Before going ahead with a purchase, Jenny's wonderful team of young and professional assistants took us through a well thought out process of personalising the design for us with specific colour combinations of our choice and providing advice throughout this process. The rug is hand made in India and it took 9 months to be made and delivered but it was well worth the wait. The rug looks amazing in our house and has become a perfect space to enjoy quality time with our 3 young boys. We are extremely happy customers and recommend Jenny's product to anyone looking for a unique quality rug. We are also very pleased to have supported a WA family business.

Fully designed runners & rug (medium) - design stage went smoothly & I was extremely happy with the end product. I wanted specific colours & in all 4 rugs were made that blended & told a story but designs differed to keep it interesting. The production was lengthy (12 months in all) but worth it to receive a unique piece. Workmanship was extremely detailed & of high quality. Use of materials, silk & 100% wool gives an element of luxury to the item.
