We had a terrible experience with this company. Despite having our cabinet plans and sending someone out to template for our countertops, the sink size for island and the cutout in the quartz slab was the wrong size. For a month, we called the manager and owner repeatedly. When they bothered to return our phone calls, their solution was to either cut into multiple cabinets to accommodate the wrong sink size or seam together two pieces of quartz for the island (which the manager recommended against when we placed our order originally). When we told them that the solution should be ordering a new slab for the island, the owner told us we would have to pay extra for it. We are still waiting on a return phone call which will likely not happen. They made a mistake and are not willing to fix it properly.
C & L Marble and Granite (CL) installed our granite today. Perfect, professional job. From Hector, ozidria, and the the installers were professional and we examined the job and was perfect. Yes, it is prudent business sense to sign a completion checklist. We used a flashlight and looked at every square inch and were completely satisfied. This way customer cannot come back later and claim bogus damages. C & L was $2,000 cheaper than the outfit at ft. Pierce and Vero beach. Further, CL uses the template methods rather than laser. When the template was finisheded, we visited CL, they happily, pulled each of 6 slabs, we pick the 2 we like best, Hector, would move the templates over the best areas of the slab we liked. Highly recommend C&L Granite. 5* company.
C & L installed my Cambria Quartz in my home in Viking Lookout Sub development Port Saint Lucie. The installation had some issues. The installer kept telling me he is not allowed to do allot of things with the cabinets required to install the sinks. Eventually the installation was done. They immediately demanded the check. There is no way you can see every flaw right away. There is a gap at the refrigerator panel. They blame the cabinet guy. I trusted them as professionals and they should know better. They refuse to come back and return phone calls. When they complete the job they ask for you to sign papers saying everything is done perfect before the installer leaves. It was a mistake to sign it. I trusted them and gave the installer and sales guy each 100 dollars tip. Buyer Beware. Very bad company.
