Jonathan and his team did a large job for me this summer. Overall, I was very happy with the results and his crew of workers were great, respectable guys. They reconstructed the patio, the front stairs and side stairs, laid down granite, put up balusters, redid the face of the patios with brick and stone. They also redid the front of the house, the side of the house and the yard. They laid pavers down the front, in the driveways and the entire backyard. They also redid the sidewalks and laid stucco along the sides, under the patio and the back yard walls. Jonathan was always present and we constantly went over plans and he was very helpful in giving us guidance when picking out designs, materials and supplies. His crew were clean, respectful and just a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up every evening and left the place in great shape continuously as the work went on to project completion. Once the job was complete, we were very happy, the work was beautiful and they were fair with the estimates. Months later, everything has held up very well. I have recommended them to my friends and relatives and will gladly look to use them again in the future.

Jenkins Patios, Jonathan and the crew have installed two patios awnings that have changed our lives. Not only do they extend the time we can live outside, but they also block the sun to keep our interiors cool. The process was easy and we felt very comfortable hiring from Jenkins Patios. We are now in the process of ordering an Arcadia motorized pergola from Jenkins Patios. Jonathan is so thorough about the details, we trust him to work with us to get it just right. Besides, the team did a great job on the installation, finished the job on time and were professional and courteous. I would recommend them!!!

We had a great experience with Jenkins Patios for our backyard patio construction. Mike was super responsive and easy to get in touch with. He was also patient and made sure we were comfortable with our design choices before starting work (including coming back multiple times to show us catalogs and samples). Their craftsmanship is impeccable, and their work ethic is superb. Mike supervised the whole process, and his communication skills are excellent. Any time we had questions, he answered kindly and made sure we had a clear understanding of the whole process. Communication was amazing and they got the whole job done in record time sooner than expected! Now we can finally enjoy our truly transformed backyard space!

Jonathan was great to work with in setting up and coordinating everything then the installation crew was awesome! Discovered a small defect in the screening a few days later and they promptly returned and replaced it. He came out and answered all of my questions. He left no stone unturned. I appreciate you all so much. We really love our new enclosed patio and would recommend these guys any day!

Thank you for the quick response. Right after I called you for the first time, your expert scheduled an appointment. Jonathan came for a consultation and gave me honest advice and reasonable free estimate. I was up for the project. He came the next day and completed the assignment on time and in a professional manner. Repairing my steps was the first job this contractor did for me but won't be the last. I highly recommend your company to anyone and look forward to working with you again soon. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Very, very pleased with the pavers installed by Jenkins Patios on my front walkway and patio. Not only their estimate come in the lowest of the 4 that I received, but also they used travertine. The 3 installers team of Steve were so professional, meticulously carving out notches around my fence posts and making sure it was so level, I almost can't tell they're pavers! They never asked for anything, even though I offered water, and even helped bury an extension cord underneath so I could have power on the other side of the patio. They did end up charging a little more than the estimate, but I assume it's because they had to clear out some pretty stubborn tree roots that had stuck around, so I can't fault them for that. I have had no less than five neighbors and a delivery driver ask for their contact information. Thank You.

When Eddie, the project manager came to our home we felt an immediate connection, and knew we could trust him. Eddie stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, from paperwork to city inspection and final walk through. I can't rave enough about the finished project. Jenkins Patios provided the design plans for a covered patio and then handled all facets of construction. I especially appreciated the fact that they provided an all-inclusive workforce which included framers, masons, electricians, plumbers and audio/visual specialists. The workforce was very professional and the end product exceeded our expectations. Jenkins Patios was very responsive to any questions we asked and promptly addressed any issues that arose during the project. We now have a beautiful addition to our home with a covered patio, gas burning fireplace and outdoor entertainment centre that we will enjoy for years to come. I would highly recommend Jenkins Patios.

Jacob and his team at Outdoor Image did an outstanding job for our patio. The project was completed promptly, with professional courtesy throughout, and on budget. One reason we wanted Outdoor Image was because of their outstanding work constructing our Patio Cover in 2005. We were concerned their bid would be too high, but their estimate came lower than competitors, making it an easy choice. Another concern was that our project could seem a little small, considering other projects they do. But Jacob is 110% customer focused, very accommodating to our desires, with very quick response to questions, and making every effort to satisfy. We could not be more pleased with both the process and the outcome. We can recommend them without reservations.
