Jemimah has been recommended to us by friends at the time we were house hunting. She was such a game change for us as expats and first time buyers! It was great to have her by our side during this long lasting process. She has an excellent knowledge of London residential property market, and all surrounding matters involved in purchasing a home, including those which could seem extremely specialised or technical. She took over the communication with involved professionals. That was super helpful for busy people like us. Jemimah is super responsive, delivers clear explanations and never forgets to follow up. She was always there to help us and anticipated our questions. Jemimah’s service allows to optimise costs all along the process of buying a home. And, a lot of professionals are involved along the way! She helped to assess what service was necessary, what was not. By providing contact with reliable and effective professionals, she made sure that all expenses where well spent.

We LOVED working with Jemimah on this project. It required some strategic "editing" of the homeowners belongings and careful furniture positioning to demonstrate the best use for the open plan living space. We infilled with some of our staging pieces and decorative accessories, popped some of the clients items in storage for the duration of the sale.

Jemimah was recommended to us. We wanted to rent instead of buying because we aren’t sure yet which areas we like yet, we want to try London a bit before making that commitment. She helps people buy homes but she agreed to help us to find a rental after we had been looking online for a few weeks and we feeling a bit stressed. Yeah, wow. Big difference to have professional help! She filtered out the junk ones before we got there and showed us just the very best options, and some of them were not listed publicly which is a weird thing that happens in the UK so we wouldn’t have been able to find those. She found stuff *much* better than what we found so it was a bit embarrassing! Haha. Anyway she’s really funny so it was totally fine. She got us in ship shape with everything ready ahead of time because the market for good rentals can move super, super fast. We got a great apartment that was just done up and not advertised yet. We were the first people to go see it. We made an offer the same day and because we had a proper negotiator we got a good price and they took us more seriously. It also helped I think that we were all organised with our paperwork and things ahead of time, so she was right about that too. Super pleased with the service and we will 100% be using Jemimah when we are ready to buy! Star realtor!

I never really considered hiring someone to help us find a property before I met Jemimah. Now I can't imagine going through the process of buying a house without her. In Australia we have something like this role (not quite as extensive) and that’s called a “buyer advocate”. She certainly did advocate for us in every sense. London is a really expensive market and can be quite competitive and confusing so it made a huge difference having someone who was protecting our interests and guiding us along. She saved us a lot of money, time and stress. Very grateful, thank you Jemimah!

We would have been completely lost without J’s advice. She gave us honest and clear advice and we’re glad that we listened to her. Negotiating the closing price was J’s task and she is very good at that. It helped us to have her handling the back and forward and talking us off the ledge at times. It put a bit of distance between us and the sellers which was probably a very smart thing to do as it gets quite emotional when you set you heart on a house and you really, really want it. We would have overpaid for the house if we didn’t have a buffer and someone who knew the market and how to handle things. She smoothed the way on lots of fronts. We had a great lawyer already but her introductions to the surveyor and insurance broker made it easier for us. They were both reliable and helpful. We are starting the works in January and the company were also introduced to us by J. I’m really pleased with them so far and grateful to have found an honest building team because I know that can be very hard when you’re not local (or even if you are local?) She is still helping us out and answering our silly questions months after the sale finalised so we thinks that’s more than you could ask for and we’re happy to be able to add another good review for J :-)

I had the pleasure of working with Jemimah on one of her latest projects, a very stylish apartment in South Kensington. The interiors were a pleasure to photograph because the interior design and styling with it's attention to detail meant that there was nothing out of place. Jemimah was also a great client to work for and with, she knew exactly what she wanted from the photography, which is clearly born out of her in-depth knowledge of her market. But equally, she was very open to suggestions to create a suite of photographs drawing on my many years of experience, which satisfied the brief entirely. Jemimah is a dream client and I look forward to working with her again soon.

From start to finish, Jemimah went above and beyond our expectations, and was invaluable at every step of the way. She was able to negotiate the price down by 10%, which more than paid her fee. She also helped us select a great solicitor, whom we never otherwise would have found. Jemimah was incredibly responsive to our needs, constantly adapting the search based on our feedback, and helped us find and buy our dream home. She's very organised, and used technology to make our lives much easier, including setting up a Trello board to organise everything related to the search. She was amazingly responsive, helping us whenever we called, no matter when it was. She has continued to help us even after the purchase as we iron out transferring billing accounts, etc. We honestly could not have asked for more, and can wholeheartedly recommend her to any prospective home buyer.

For investment property sourcing I can't think of anyone who would be better. I have a background in finance so I have a very high standard of what I’m looking for and I appreciate not having to repeat myself. To some extent this is the main benefit of using an agent who can provide a proper sourcing service - listening to what I’m looking for and finding that, instead of showing me a lot of unsuitable things. I trust J’s judgement, she is very clever and diligent. She obviously has connections in the market that other agents do not have as she was able to present me with far better options, and some interesting things that were not on market. Very satisfied with her work and pleased to have found a reliable agent for my European acquisitions going forward.

Jemimah was recommended to us by friends and we are very grateful to have found her. We actually didn’t know such a service existed in London, and had a very bad experiencing purchasing there in the past through an estate agency (who shall remain nameless). Jemimah is extremely thorough and patient, and really knows a lot about her business. Compared to our last experience it was like night and day. From the moment we met her we knew she would do a great job. She is very calm and organized. She searched the whole city for what we wanted and brought us a shortlist of things that were exactly on target. We ended up purchasing a home that was off market, so we would never have known it existed without her. It was wonderful to have her negotiate for us and then manage everything that came afterwards. She guided us through the whole process to make it smooth and easy for us. She also helped us to organize a lot of things we didn’t know we needed to do (or how), like the insurance and surveys and introductions to our solicitor and designer. Jemimah managed all of the details which had caused us such a big headache last time we purchased. My husband is now Jemimah’s best PR agent. He is busy telling everyone we know about how much money she saved us, and how we bought a 'secret house' that wasn't on the market. Very funny. Boring all our dinner guests I think, but really she is excellent and we are delighted to have worked with her. Certainly wouldn’t consider purchasing in Europe again without her help.

Jem has been our agent for 4 purchases in UK. We bought some properties in the past, from different companies, but we have never received such a great service. We use Jem now for all the purchases here, because she negotiates the best price for us and helps with everything else as well: lawyers, rentals, etc. What we bought with Jem has increased so much in value and we are very happy because of it. Jem is a good worker and very trustworthy, the best in UK, and we would highly recommend her.

We met Jemimah when we were looking for an apartment for our younger daughter while she did her university studies for 1 year in London. She was the agent we met for one of the apartments we saw online, but that one was not right, so she found out what we needed and then showed us some more that were much better than what we chose. She told us about the areas and chose a safe and clean place for our daughter so she could walk to school. She is very kind and also brought her a map. On our next visit we decided to buy a place that we can stay in when we visit. Jemimah organised it for us with looking at the best ones, helping us to choose and make an offer. She helped us to have it repainted and have nice furniture and decoration from a good company, and we have it rented at the moment while we don't use it. We are very happy and we will continue to call Jemimah if we need her help.
