Stay far, far away from this company. I ordered custom cabinets from them. My color scheme has always been white and dark brown. I go into their showroom and, on display they have the exact cabinets color that I want. I point to them and I assume they would get ordered. Bob and Jeff somehow put BLACK as the color cabinet I wanted. They send me a color contract, that upon further review was ambiguous at best. Unfortunately, I didn’t see that on the contract they had specified BLACK as the color for my brown cabinets and I signed the contract . Never in a million years would I have said or pointed to black cabinets. They refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake, even when we offered to share the cost of the replacement cabinets. I spent A LOT of money with them. They offered us nothing to fix this issue! Nothing!! This company has zero integrity. Please do not use them!!

I am an independent kitchen and bath designer and have known Bob & Gail at Carousel for many years through the National Kitchen & Bath Association. It was natural for me to bring my clients to them when it came time to select and purchase cabinets and countertops for their new dream kitchen. I like the variety of products they carry and their showroom made the selection process enjoyable and efficient. The whole process from selection to installation was seamless. There were a lot of details but Carousel clearly outlined all the specifics, costs and scheduling so there were no surprises. My clients are now enjoying their beautiful new kitchen and I look forward to working with Carousel Kitchens again in the near future.
