I recently hired Jeff for the second time to help design a brand new home for my family. The first time I hired him, it was for the renovation of my investment property. In both cases, he was very professional and attentive, always available to answer my calls and emails. I have already referred others to Jeff Matsuki and will continue to do so. Now that our home is complete and we are moved in, we are so happy with the final result, it truly is our "dream home" and we have Jeff's design expertise to thank for that!

We were first introduced to Matsuki Design after admiring a home in our neighborhood that had been one of Jeff's projects. What grabbed our attention was the fact that the renovation had sensitively kept the integrity of the original 1940's home in tact. Though we had very definite ideas about the renovation/restoration of our 1929 home, there were many challenges that only a professional with experience could work through. Jeff listened to our "wish list" before drawing up a design plan that remained within the current codes, then patiently worked with us to fine tune the details. All permit applications were submitted and monitored by him successfully. We are very satisfied with the final product and want to thank Jeff for all his hard work. We had a tare down rebuild project that Mr. Jeff Matsuki helped us with from start to finish. The lot was very small and narrow but Jeff designed our home to exactly what we were looking for. He maximized the space where the home feels open and looks deceiving from the outside. We even had a two car garage that we wanted. Jeff was very easy to work with and was always there when we had questions. His design vision and design talent are excellent. He envisioned our home beyond of what we though was possible. I would highly recommend Mr. Matsuki and would not hesitate to use his services again.

I used Jeff for a complete renovation of my home. Adding an architect to my team was actually the last component as I thought I could get away without one. Good thing I did engage Jeff because I can't imagine what the project would have looked like had he not been involved. Jeff's design ideas and detailed drawings were certainly key to having my project completed on time and on budget, in addition to having a beautiful finished product. In addition, Jeff worked some magic and was able to get permitting in less than half the time it usually takes. Jeff was flexible, creative, detailed, organized and timely.
