Jdesign Group is a building design, drafting and construction company based in Inverloch (Gippsland) but services all of Southeast Melbourne. When working with us we make sure to include the homeowners throughout the process. We can either design a complete custom home or draw a plan based on your initial sketches/drawings. Once the design is finalised, we will take the project concept through to town planning and onto to the building permit stage. As a registered builder our team of trusted workers will take on the construction phase. By us taking care of the paperwork and liaising all the consultants, you can relax and watch your ideas unfold ensuring a smooth process for all. We employed JDesign Group initially to design an extension to our beach house but subsequently we decided to bulldoze and rebuild. I requested a Hamptons style house and Jaylee listened to everything I requested and nailed the design from the first set of concept drawings. We have found Jaylee extremely easy to work with and we are currently using her construction company to build our house. We get weekly updates on progress and notification as to what is to occur the following week. We have really appreciated the weekly photos and videos as we’re not local and she has never hesitated to meet us onsite at the weekend. We could not recommend JDesign Group highly enough to design and build your next property or extension.

We engaged Jaylee and the team at JDesign Group and from start to finish they were professional and efficient in all aspects of the design and council approval stages of our project. Their expert knowledge of council regulations and design ideas allowed us to submit our plans through council in a timely fashion and with an excellent design plan without having to go backwards and forwards with council. They even went above and beyond in attending council meetings without additional charges to us. I highly recommend their team for any project work / redevelopment you may have for your house. Would definitely use their team again for any future projects we may have. Thanks Jaylee!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Jdesign group on 2 projects. The first was a sub division & design of 2 new units. Jaylee assisted from the commencement of the project all the way through to the final build, & we are thrilled with the end result! We are also in the process of designing our new home with Jaylee & are currently finalising drawings. We have found Jaylee & her team very professional with a wealth of knowledge & expertise in the industry. She has made the process easy for us & we feel we can really put our trust in her. After a unsatisfactory start with another company trying to assist with the design & documentation of our proposed new residence we terminated dealings with them and had some preliminary discussions with Jdesign, this proved to be a sensible move as we got the product we are happy with & the assistance with the pathway through various regulatory authorities was first rate. The design & approval processes of a residential project should not be under estimated both time & cost wise, we feel that Jdesign Group have a very professional approach to assisting a client through the maze of requirements.

The advice and guidance we received from Jdesign was amazing. From practical ideas on room placements to the small design ideas have really made our house a home. Jaylee really listened to what we were after in our family home and the design has received so many compliments about being family friendly. The whole process was incredibly stress free and seamless.
