Bathroom was done while we were away. The project was done exactly as planned and on time. Communication was clear and easy. Tile work was well thought out, and very nicely done. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job.

They worked patiently with me as I redesigned a portion of my kitchen. They have an incredible selection of materials available. Dave and his crew were professional and meticulous every step of the way. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! We replaced our kitchen island, backsplash, countertops, lighting, and several appliances. THE WORK WAS DONE IN FIVE DAYS!! I will have them back for other projects as well. Highly recommend!!

It was a pleasure to meet with Dave Carver as we were exploring options for a kitchen remodel. Although we ultimately opted to go in another direction due to other factors, we have the impression the job would have been done with great care and attention by Mr. Carver and his team. The process of organizing a meeting and a followup visit to the showroom was convenient, attentive, and well-organized. Mr. Carver was attentive to our perspective, asked the right questions, and displayed great listening skills during the times we interacted with him. In the showroom, Mr. Carver presented a well-thought-out project concept that was well-considered and attractive. He carefully and patiently explained the relevant details, pointing out examples around the displays that illustrated his talking points. Mr. Carver helped us understand relevant ideas to consider, from design to technical implementation. Mr. Carver has deep experience in his field – matched with an eye for good taste and design – that will be of benefit to any client working with him.

Working with the people from Jim Carver & Sons was a great experience all the way around. Steve Carver came out to the house and thoroughly assessed our need for replacement french doors in our basement, noting some special considerations that had to be taken into account due to the house structure, requiring custom-built doors. He gave a full description of the necessary work and materials, as well as informative background on the company and employees. He was prompt in getting back to me with an estimate, and although it was not the lowest bid I received, I'm very glad we went with them. The guys who actually did the work were super professional and did a fantastic job. It's been over five months since I had the work done, so this review is late, but I'm still very happy with what we had done and would definitely choose Jim Carver & Sons again.

Jim Carver & Sons did a great job on my small bath renovation project. A new vanity, medicine cabinet, granite counter top and shower head was installed. Cudos to the installer, he did an excellent job of fitting the 2 piece granite counter top over the vanity and a floating piece over the commode. This was a tricky install but looks great. Vanity mirrors were reversed to accomodate a 3 sided view when using. Under vanity HVAC vent was also installed. The follow up with the staff was excellent as well. Used Carver and sons before and will use again.

We got multiple bids on our two bathroom projects and went with Jim Carver & Sons because they understood what we were looking for and had great ideas. (They were not my highest or my lowest bid). Project was well executed and the my team of designer (Brian) and install team (led by John) worked well together, stayed on target, and ensured we were happy at each step. We will hire again for our next project.

Our first experience with Jim Carver and Sons was for a kitchen remodel. We were new in town and did not know where to go for this job. We went in their showroom, met with Dave, and never checked anywhere else because we were so impressed with how we were treated. We were totally pleased with their workmanship. We then got replacement windows, and a tub/shower install with tile work. Always completely satisfied with end results.

The Office Manager at Jim Carver and Sons was professional and provided promptness regarding setting up my appointment for a contractor to fix my storm door. The contractor was very customer oriented and fixed my door as if it was his own door. My experience with this company was rewarding. I highly recommend this company.
