For once 'innovations' in a company name isn't just rhetoric - you can rely on Gary to come up with smart solutions and ideas you hadn't thought of - and to produce a great result at a very competitive price. 5 stars +

Our project started with the bedroom and the study as we wanted to add some storage and practical working spaces to our apartment. It was pleasant to work with someone who actually listened, understood exactly what we wanted and eventually delivered something with a professional touch! We were very impressed so we got them to do our kitchen. The kitchen was a lot more complicated than we expected due to the original structure and council restrictions. The design had to be changed a few times as the project went on and the guys put in a lot of thought and professional ideas... Again, they delivered a stunning finished product. So we got them to make us a wine cabinet and a shoe cabinet...

We contracted Gary and his team to design and install a mud closet/hall cabinet in an industrial type warehouse apartment in inner Sydney. The scope of work was not straightforward and involved the demolition of an architect-designed structure, fitting the new design into the space, and matching both the style and texture of existing custom cabinetry. Jayen provided a competitive quote and scale drawings but we had a very tight deadline. Gary and the team were creative, responsive and worked tirelessly to meet the deadline without compromising on quality. We could not be happier with the end product - and are super grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such experienced and highly skilled professionals.

We contracted Gary at Jayen Innovations to fabricate and install a new overhead cupboard unit in the laundry area of our recently purchased townhouse. Although only a small project the cupboard unit was custom sized and needed to match the colour and detailing of the existing adjacent joinery in the same area. Gary and his team did an excellent job and we are delighted with the outcome particularly the care taken with the installation. We would highly recommend Jayen Innovations for any similar custom made joinery requirements.

JAYEN had done a great job in my kitchen renovation. Before they start designing for us, the main designer Gary came to chat with family memebers, observed our cooking habits and identified the most frequent used appliances. Which enable him to combine our wish into the functional and practical design. Also we praise the material and accessories from JAYEN. They are quite sturdy and last, we felt lucky to engaged with a high quality team. All my family memebers love the new kitchen, where is definitely the hub of my home, bring everyone together. I would not hesitate to recommend JAYEN to you.

Very unreliable. Every job was late. Very late. Did not return calls. Kept promising to come and install and never did it when he said. One of the shelves in my son's bedroom next to his bed fell down (after 5 months) and would have landed on my son's head had he not got up early and gone to swimming that morning. There was nothing heavy on the shelf.

Dear Cathy,

Firstly, I would like to express my disappointment that you feel unsatisfied with our services. I'd like to address the concerns you raised and provide some additional context from our perspective. During the design stage, you had planned for a narrow, long window above the bed head wall. Accordingly, we designed a floating shelf with the understanding that you would request the carpenter to add extra support to the back wall if the window was to be installed. However, you decided against adding the window and did not instruct the carpenter to include the additional support for the floating shelf.

Given that our contractual agreement was limited to the joinery aspect of the project, we installed the shelf without the extra support in the back wall. It was explicitly communicated to you that without the additional support, the floating shelf might not withstand heavy loads. I personally informed you, "as there is no extra support added in the back wall, the floating shelf may not be able to hold heavy items. It is suitable for lightweight objects like plastic Lego, but not for heavier items." This conversation took place prior to installation.

Unfortunately, approximately five months later, you informed me that one of the shelves had fallen off. Upon examining the photos you sent, I discovered that numerous heavy metal prizes had been placed on the shelf, as clearly shown in the pictures. It is important to note that these items far exceeded the shelf's intended load capacity.

In an effort to resolve the issue promptly, I offered to cover the costs of having a carpenter and other tradespeople accompany me to add extra support to the back wall and fix the shelf. Regrettably, you declined my offer and resorted to using offensive language towards me, expressing your intention to write a negative review on social media. Additionally, you misrepresented the items placed on the shelf, claiming they were solely plastic Lego, and exaggerated the potential danger by stating that the shelf could have fallen onto your son's head. However, as clearly depicted in the photo you provided, the shelf is positioned only on the side of the bed, eliminating any possibility of it falling onto the bed.

I want to reiterate that my intention has always been to find a fair and reasonable solution to this matter. I believe your refusal to accept my assistance and resorting to negative online commentary is unjust given the circumstances.

If there is anything else I can do to address your concerns or if you would like to discuss this matter further, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we value the opportunity to rectify any issues.

Gary provided us with some great ideas and suggestions and the quality and finish of his work was second to none. Our original kitchen was looking very tired and rundown and in need of a major overhaul. We had received several quotes from companies that were well out of our budget, when friends referred us to Jayen Innovations. The design team at Jayen provided us with options to get the best possible finish whilst being mindful of our tight budget. It was important to us to really open up the kitchen area and give the space a bigger feel. This was goal was achieved with the white gloss cabinetry and super stylish laminate bench top (it looks so much like caesarstone friends can’t believe it’s not!) The communication throughout the whole process from quote to completion was second to none. I have referred several friends to Jayen since our renovation and will definitely use them again when it’s time to do other areas of the house! If you’re after quality work at a great price Jayen Inovations are the people to speak to!

Jayden innovatios was a delight to work with. Their work ethic was outstanding and they were very efficient. I was looking through Pinterest and found a beautiful dining table made from ceaser stone, and solid wood stand. I chose Jayden innovatios to make a replica of it and it turned out beautifully. My project costed around $7k which was actually under my initial price range which made it even better! Overall they are an outstandingly professional company which I highly recommend!

very happy with the job Gary and the Jayen team did. If you want higher end quality for a more reasonable price point I would recommend them. They're not the cheapest but their quality is good and most of the jobs they do seem to be for higher end homes. The main reason I went with them was because they have their own factory and installation crew - there will always need to be adjustments made during installation when you get custom made specs. Id read horror stories about companies who do the designs for you then outsource to some random factory. Then the outsourced installation company doesn't even understand the original designs. None of these problems with Jayen. Turnaround time was also good. All up, only 3 weeks between briefing and installation for an L shaped inbuilt bedroom wardrobe. Other places quotes me at least 6 weeks since it was leading up to Xmas.

I was referred to jayen innovations by a colleague and I was not disappointed. The quote was done within a couple of days, after a little negotiation the job was agreed to and the cabinetry was delivered approx 8 days from quote , the installation commenced just after delivery and all went smoothly. Gary and his team of people were great, they worked long hours to ensure the job was completed in a timely manner great job. Before you commit to anyone else give gary and his team at jayen innovations a try.

I awarded our kitchen joinery job to JAYEN this year after getting several quotes from different suppliers. JAYEN‘s price is very competitive, whilst the workmanship is quite outstanding. I find JAYEN is very easy to communicate with. They are very flexible and always trying their best to accomendate our requests. Their installation crew are friendly and committed to the work, with attention to detail. A few nights they even stayed up very late at my places trying to get work completed as early as possible for me to use the new kitchen. I am very happy with JAYEN‘s services and I have asked them to do more joinery works for my living room, study area and laundry room. I have also recommended them to a number of my friends. The feedback are all very positive.
