This company was hired to replace my water heater. Over two weeks later after removing my existing heater, they still have not completed their contract and they have taken payment in full. Sought reasonable resolution of the dispute but the owner is determined to charge an exorbitant restocking and cancelation fee. They also unhooked my kitchen sink without any authorization from me. I would never trust them with anything again.

Disappointed with the company overall, nick was my technician I am not impressed. What homeowner wants to be shoved into a corner and taken advantage of? Stay away from this company.

Great company from top to bottom. Hired them for simple water heater maintenance as it is an old model and trying to get as much as I can out of it. Technician was professional and on time. The technician performed the maintenance by flushing the unit and inspected the water heater for any concerns. Other companies would have probably tried to sell me a new heater at this point and I was ready to turn down the anticipated sales pressure. However, I was surprised when the technician explained that I could probably get a few more years out of the heater. He then provided an estimate of the cost to replace so I knew what to expect if and when the heater does give out. The technician then went above and beyond and inspected other visible plumbing connections in order to advise me of any areas of concerns. Thankfully there were none but still a much appreciated service.
