Maize Homes

Built terrible house in new Odessa Subdivision. Don't hire this company. Poor quality materials and work.

Jason and his team built our home from March-July of 2015. I was referred to him by my mortgage agent at the time, and we ended up hiring Maize Homes because not only was I able to speak to Jason and deal with him directly, but their pricing was better than any others we were quoted, and they were highly motivated to work and get the job done. Jason is an absolute pro and his experience shows at every stage of the process from lot planning, to framing to overseeing fishing & exterior details. His team specializes in framing and has close relationships with other crews/companies that handle some of the other sub trades, which he oversees. All very high quality workmanship. Compared to a larger home builder, Jason and his team seem to take more care for detail and meeting your needs. After 2 years of living in our new home we haven't had any problems. Jason has stayed in touch and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything about our home works as it should and is to our liking. I would highly recommend Maize Homes to anyone looking for a home builder in the Kingston area.
