I highly recommend Fred Jannino Jannino Painting and Design. I received a cold call at my door of someone claiming to be him (when in actuality it was someone posing as him - another story that is being dealt with by authorities). Anyway I googled Fred and also found his reviews here on Houzz in Clearwater area as well as in Naples FL area. His reviews peaked my interest and I called him to discuss the person impersonating him and then we got to talking and I ended up scheduling him to do come give me some interior and exterior painting estimates for my home on Indian Rocks Beach and a rental condo I have up on Gulf Blvd in Redington Shores. After meeting him (and asking for his ID to prove it was him) I hired him. Fred's pricing was very reasonable and he got everything done in an expedient manner. Greatt communication, very helpful, on time, they clean after each stage, helping me choose the colors and match them bringing the the best combinations, they use good quality paint. They help me with other issues that I was going at the time, like getting the crew of Comcast to come, and do all the wiring saving me time to meet them, always reporting what is being done and giving me future recommendation, which I appreciated their sincerity and dedication.
