I love interior design and I have loved it since I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 1969. Janice Lane Henry Interiors was established in Dallas, Texas in 1970. In 1976 I moved to Midland, Texas and have been here ever since. I love Midland and working in the state of Texas. My clients have become my good friends and they have allowed me to work for them in office after office and house after house. I believe good design is affordable for everyone. Getting some design advice can save you regret and money. Since I have done this almost every day for 44 years, I think I have some wisdom and vision to make your project something you can be proud of and enjoy for a long time. I love people and I love to listen to their dreams and hopes. It is a blessing to see them smile at the end and say how comfortable they feel in their space. My hope is that when my client walks into their completed space, that it will be a reflection of them and not me. I like to teach while I help people so that they are empowered with knowledge on design, problem solving for their space needs and lifestyle. I like to save them money if that is their desire. We can meet for one hour to see if my style will fit with your style and if my personality works for you.

I am builder/remodeler that was fortunate enough to be a part of a remodeling project this past year where Janice headed up the interior design. She was sweet as could be and delivered all of the specifications that my crews needed on time. Without Janice I do not believe the project would have been as successful as it turned out to be. I would definitely recommend Janice to my future clients and look forward to the opportunity to work with her again.

Janice Henry is an intuitive visionary combining both function and art while landscaping living space that is inviting, exciting, restful and thoughtful. She is intuitive in her listening skills. She is able to listen to the needs and wants of the client while hearing the heart of the meaning. Janice is excellent at design, space management, incorporating new ideas to enhance living areas that invite living! I will continue to use her as we continue in our projects to redo the home!

Janice has been an incredible asset throughout the last 16 years including 4 remodels, furniture selection, placement and accessorizing our home. Her creative ideas and eye for color have helped us to have a place where we love to be - whether entertaining or simply spending time with family. Janice Henry of JHL Interiors is a very professional and personal interior designer. Mrs. Henry has assisted me 4 or 5 times in the last 15 years. Recently we made move from our 34 year old home. Mrs. Henry was available to assist in choosing paint and carpet for our new home. On moving day she assisted the placements of furnishings in all of the rooms of our new home. About 3 weeks later she assisted with the accessories both on walls and bookcases. I have been very pleased with her personal attention to my needs and will continue to seek her input as my needs change. Thank you. Barbara McIntosh

Best Experience EVER! i would recommend Janice Lane Henry Interiors to everyone! Janice combines her unique LOVE for people with her amazing decorating GIFT to go above and beyond my expectations in an interior decorator. She designed and decorated our custom home in the country BETTER than we could have ever asked for. She is wise, kind, personable, professional, timely, and has the unique gift of making each family's home into the space/ style that works best for them and their needs. Our beautiful home is a refuge and a retreat for our family and friends! i will use Janice for EVERY home or business we have.

Janice Henry has been extremely helpful in getting my home in order and comfortable for my family. She helped redesign and recommended a good contractor for a very odd bedroom and den which since then have become our favorite rooms to spend time. I highly recommend her services. Janice is very professional, talented, and easy to work with. She genuinely cares about het clients' needs and desires. She is very strong on color choice and making what you already have work together with 'the new'. She is very flexible, and able to work with changes in schedules and design choices
