Andre has helped us with several remodeling projects and has been great to work. He is a creative problem solver with very good design sense and taste.

We hired JAL Architects to design an addition to our home (third stall garage with bedroom and bath above it and storage room below), to completely re-design our first floor and to design our lower level which was unfinished at the time. Andre was sensitive to existing architectural style. He has an exceptional eye for detail and how it relates to space and light. Andre listened to our wants and needs and incorporated suggestions thoughtfully. We are very pleased with his work.

Andre did a very nice job creating our dream home from start to finish. This was our first time building and he was experienced enough to walk us through the whole process along with our builder.

Andre did a great job in designing a beautiful log home on some farm land I own. The end result is fantastic. The whole family loves it. It has become our "hunting shack". We hired Andre' to design and do all the architectural work for our new home in Excelsior, MN. After meeting with numerous architects and builders, we decided that Andre' and Kurt Schwartz (Builder) were the best fit for us. After several meetings to discuss our vision we filled out an in depth Master Vision questionnaire and provided Andre' and Kurt our login to houzz.com so they could see what we liked about certain houses, rooms, colors, textures and finishes. When you combine the Master Vision questionnaire along with our houzz.com pictures, you get a pretty good feel for what we wanted in our new home. We think Andre' did an exceptional job of listening to what we wanted and going through all of the information we provided to create a remarkable home that we love! Between Andre' and Kurt Schwartz Builders they really did a great job of taking our vision and making it a reality. We would strongly recommend both Andre' and Kurt to anyone looking to remodel or build their dream home!
