We have been working with James Frank Construction for over 30 years. We have had the pleasure to work with with James Frank , the founder, his son Paul and now his grandson Thomas on both new and remodeled projects. James' high attention to detail and creative solutions to construction details has continued through the generations of the company. They are very personable and easy to work with with. We look forward to working with them more in the future.

We've been working with James Frank Construction on a classic Saul Zaik home in the SW Portland hills. Their attention to detail, communication, and willingness to troubleshoot has made the process a pleasure. We highly recommend the James Frank team.

We were really pleased with James Frank Construction. In the past 10-15 years, we've had several projects done at our house with good contractors but Thomas, the superintendent on this project, was easily the best communicator we've dealt with. He kept us updated so we knew when to expect the work to start and finish. And his estimate was spot on. We actually finished the project slightly under budget. We are really happy with their work.

Thomas Frank has managed the repair and revitalization of our mid century bathroom and replacement of our old whole house natural gas generator. In both instances he acquired several quotes from specialists (many with different approaches to solutions), and scheduled work in a timely fashion (that fit our personal schedules). Work was reasonably priced. Difficult to diagnose issues (cause of odors in interior walls) were found and repaired. He visited our home in advance of all work whether performed by his skilled staff or subcontracted. We will continue to work with Thomas and James Frank Construction as the relationship has exceed our high expectations.

Thomas has been extremely helpful. A lot of coordination of busy sub-contractors is an art, and James Frank Construction performed admirably. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

As a real estate agent, I am always quick to recommend James Frank Construction for their deep experience in both new construction and whole-house remodeling projects. They have built some of Portland's most iconic residential structures. They are the only general contractor I'm aware of that has their own cabinet shop - so if a client needs something matched perfectly they get it. The Franks have been building and remodeling executive homes in the Portland area for three generations, and the roots of German craftsmanship of their company's namesake is evident in every inch of their builds. If you're considering new construction or a major overhaul of an existing home - give them a call!

We hired the James Frank Co to build our dream home. Working with them was amazing! From the detailed estimate to constant communication, we were always in the loop of what was happening next. Quality is second to none! Highly recommend them!

We've used the Franks for almost 30 years. Originally, they did a major remodel for us, along with minor projects since then. Now, they are building us a house from the ground up. Paul Frank is a stickler for detail, the subs respect him and deliver great quality work. Above all, he really cares.

James Frank Construction has been our residential contractor for 30 years on multiple remodeling projects and currently, building our new home. Since our first project, we have never considered working with any other contractor. Principal Paul Frank has managed each of our projects. He is professional and delightful to work with; outstanding attention to detail and scheduling, and is highly respected by subcontractors. He has managed remodeling projects on an over 85-year old home requiring specialized skills, as well as constructing a new, contemporary, high-tech house. We highly recommend James Frank Construction, Inc.

コメント：What type of flooring is this? Are these cabinets custom made?Hi Tracy! Thank you for the question. The cabinets were all custom and the flooring is 7" white oak. It really came together nicely.
