After getting three estimates for my kitchen tile job, I chose Jim Henn as his attention to detail was evident from our first conversation. He carefully assessed the space and talked through all of the considerations to ensure we were on the same page. He was very responsive whenever I had questions along the way and helped me with my tile order. He and his crew completed the job quicker than expected and the result is beautiful. Jim's Tile will be my first choice for any future jobs.

I can’t express how happy we are with the tile project Jim completed on our master bathroom. He was so personable, professional and always on time. He kept the work area very clean as not to disturb any other part of the house. Jim even made sure the shower niche was large enough to hold all of my shampoo bottles. It’s rare to find a contractor that does what he says he’s going to do and Jim did just that and then some. I would definitely hire him again without hesitation.

We have had Jim complete 2 bathroom renovations and are very pleased with both outcomes. His company is very knowledgeable in design and the workmanship is superb. He took a 1980's bathroom and brought it up to modern day. I would highly recommend them for any job.

We have just had a very dated 80s style master bathroom remodeled by Jim and Chris Henn from Jim's Tile and "beyond thrilled" is not sufficient to express our delight with our experience. The first contact was Jim's estimate and we were impressed with his thoroughness of making notes, measurements, and giving advice. He is a very good communicator. They showed up when they said they would; they protected our floors, cleaned up daily. We always knew what was next on the agenda. Their skills and attention to detail were excellent. The job was completed in very good time as well.

I have used Jim Henn twice prior to this most recent tile job and he never fails to impress. He and his crew which includes his son Chris are customer oriented and very professional in their dealings with their customers. This most recent install involved replacing the carpet on the first floor of my townhouse with tile that looks like wood. I have gotten more compliments on the floor and I am very happy with the results. Jim has a keen sense of design as well and if you need guidance as I did here ( I was not sure which was to lay the tiles) I took his suggestion and he was right on the mark. He has also in past years redone my kitchen floor and backsplash and tiled my master bathroom. The work on all there was done perfectly. I would highly recommend his and his crew who do the best work but who are also very friendly to work with on a remodel.
