Although they were not the lowest estimate I received, I'm happy I picked them to install new vinyl siding on my home. They were very professional, did excellent work and exceeded my expectations. The crew work in cold and snowy weather to get the job completed. I rated them 4 stars because of the lack of good cleanup after the job completion. I did a walk around the house and picked up a significant amount of nails and small pieces of material that was left behind.

I did my homework and visited the places that Jacob's Ladder suggested I see and two that were not on their list but were customers of their work. All were what I hoped to see - a visibly good job do on exterior painting. I also worked with their contact at Sherwin Williams to help me decide on my exterior colors. She too was terrific and spent a good amount of time with me - never rushed. I was a bit concerned with my landscaping as I had just put in a lot of new plants the previous season. I was assured this would not be a problem and they would be careful; they were and honestly, it was a bit of a challenge. Each evening they cleaned up their "stuff" and I hardly could tell they were, except for the progress made. They were patient, professional, efficient, and prompt. Asked before they completed each task to make sure it was what I wanted. The end result is beautiful and very well done much sooner than I anticipated. Recommend them - you bet! Jacob's Ladder is great. Seth is very responsive and the painting is always great. We have used them many times and highly recommend them.

I met a few contractors at our house to bid on a residing and window replacement for our home. Jacob's Ladder was by far the most professional and thorough of the contractors. He explained his products and applications and the installation was exactly as promised. The three man crew was very experienced and methodical about their work. They cleaned up the site every evening, no clutter or debris, which pleased my wife. I have already recommended their services to many of our neighbors. You hear plenty of horror stories about home improvement contractors. I have full confidence in this company

So far they have done two roofs for me. The second was disastrous when they discovered whoever built the house used particle board for the deck. So they replaced the entire deck and still got it done by the end of the day. Very neatly done- roof looks great. I would use them again.

We hire Jacob's Ladder to replace all of our wood siding for vinyl; install new gutters and downspouts; replace rotted wood railings with vinyl ones; paint exterior doors; replace wood shutters with vinyl ones and paint exterior Wood rotted areas where applicable. They did an amazing job and even went above and beyond what was called for. They were also extremely reasonable, very responsive and showed up when they were supposed to which is key.
