J-Chavez Design Build

Jacob is an amazing designer and has very high standards. He communicates well and really listens to your goals and tries to accomplish them. He has good vision and ideas and holds his subcontractors to high standards. We did go over budget, but it seems that most contractors do. Overall he gave us far more for our money than we got from Hammer and Hand or Rainbow Valley with previous projects and had much better design ideas. He really cares about designing great quality, beautiful projects. The only real downside for us was that the project took much longer to complete than we anticipated. That being said, it is done now and beautiful and will be enjoyed for years to come. I would recommend him over some of the bigger name local contractors.
