We build architect-driven new homes and remodel projects in the Berkshires region and Shires of Vermont. Our clients usually hire us first on a preconstruction consulting role during the schematic design phase of project development. We collaborate closely with the client, architect and our trade partners to bring our knowledge of the building craft, building science, and budgeting expertise to the project when it is most effective -- during development. This early collaboration sets the stage for a successful build. We approach each project with the ultimate goal of delighting our clients with beautiful, durable, and efficient dwellings that are a pleasure to own, comfortable to inhabit, and easy to maintain.

We highly recommend Jack Miller Contractors!! They recently completed a major renovation on our home that included HVAC, insulation, siding, dormer, kitchen and bathrooms. Project scope and costs were clearly presented at the start of the project. Excellent knowledge of building design and materials. Superior workmanship with attention to every detail. Always took great care in our home and cleanup was meticulous. Everyone is fantastic to work with, easy to reach and helpful with all questions. So happy with the result - exceeded all expectations!

Jack and his team are fantastic. They stick to timelines, always do a spectacular job, and are kind, courteous and professional. They have done full renovations of many rooms, plumbing, build outs, floors, and even basement- from cosmetic to structural. I have used them numerous times since 2017 and they will be my go to contractor for future jobs!

Jack is a terrific guy. He has excellent vision for design, and the workmanship was top notch. He did extensive interior renovations for me, followed by the design and construction of a screened-in porch. I gave him a rough sketch of what I wanted, and in turn he delivered a beautiful product. Used good materials throughout, often locally sourced. When there were minor issues after completion, he quickly addressed those. Each of his team members are nice and trustworthy; they are equally invested in a good result. No hesitation recommending Jack Miller Contractors.

You will find someone to do your project more cheaply than Jack Miller but the quality will not be the same. Our project was completed on time and it conformed to a high standard of workmanship. Jack has a reputation for being scrupulously honest and fair and he lived up to that. We were always treated respectfully by Jack and his crew. We couldn't be more happy with our new living space.

We worked with Jack Miller Contractors to completely remodel and expand a 1980s ranch style home we had purchased. When we bought the house, it was dated, with narrow, dark hallways and small rooms. We preferred a much brighter, spacious and modern feel, and Jack and his team collaborated closely with our architect to deliver perfectly. Their workmanship was of the highest quality, and they were able to suggest excellent options for upgrading the home's durability and efficiency for the long haul. The end result was exactly what we'd hoped for and more, and we highly recommend Jack Miller Contractors.

Jack Miller Contractor's workers are knowledgeable, helpful, and do excellent work. They are always willing to go the extra mile and always with a smile. They put up graciously with our indecision and changes and helped us to create a final product we love coming home to! And the project was completed a month ahead of deadline!

Before accepting the role as Director of Manufacturer Services for the National Wood Flooring Association, I was the owner/operator of Foremost Custom Hardwood Floors. I was hired by Jack Miller Contractors on dozens of wood flooring projects. Rarely do you work with an organization that has the ability to think outside of the box, clearly establish and communicate customer expectations, and deliver on their promises. Yet, I saw Jack Miller Contractors do this time after time. I highly recommend Jack, and his entire team!

It is not exaggerating to say that everyone involved in this job was like family; there is no other group of folks that I would rather have in my home. And the attention to detail, the care, and the workmanship, is like nothing I've ever experienced. Here is a small excerpt from an email I sent to them after the job was done: "Thank you. You and yours have been helpful, supportive, kind, loving, considerate, thoughtful, fun. The list goes on. You were the reference I got from four random folks when I asked for "best contractor in town"."

I worked with Jack Miller Contractors on a two storey addition to our home in 2014. The addition consisted of extending the dining room, creating an office and above them increasing the size of two bedrooms. The work was done on time, within budget and to a very high standard. Jack Miller kept us updated at every step, shared budget figures as each goal was met, made sure we felt comfortable throughout the project. We couldn't be happier with the results and our choice of Jack Miller Contractors.

コメント：RailingJake, The steel fab was by our local fabricator - J.B. Steelwork. Atlantis SS cables and tensioners. Ipe rail, milled by our carpentry team. All installed by our carpentry team.
