We purchased one of Jackies existing works and also commissioned her to complete a second piece. We are thrilled with both. Jackie kept us updated on progress, was quick to respond to our questions and took on board our comments. We love our new artwork and would highly recommend Jackie.

We purchased a painting from Jackie from her existing collection. She was super helpful in communicating which pieces might work best with our decor. Once selected, the piece was shipped to us overseas. Communication was great throughout the entire process - including when it would arrive, how to get it framed at our end, what to look for, how to care for it etc. We absolutely love the piece of art we purchased. It is beautiful - as we knew it would be - but we're also super happy with the entire process to acquire it. It made the process really enjoyable and we have nothing but good things to say about Jackie's talents as an artist, her communication and her ability to help guide a great purchase.

I have always loved Jackie's work, so owning a piece of her art is very exciting for me. Her painting lives in the entryway to my house, greeting our friends, neighbors and family. It sits alone with a plant so nothing else can distract from its vivid blues, deep browns, and sunny strokes of yellow. The painting shows the front wheel of a bike in a doorway, observing a moment of rest. The colors suggest afternoon light. Often, I catch myself staring at it later in the day when light floods the hallway and I'll notice some new texture or color while the children whiz by. I love that it reminds me of coming and going and resting all at the same time. I love how many compliments I get from everyone who comes into my house. I can't recommend her work enough. Impressionism has always been one of my favorite genres and Jackie's work combines these qualities with a modern approach.

I commissioned Jackie to paint a buddha in silhouette, in a turquoise palette, as a gift for my sister. The process of refining my ideas was made easy as Jackie, after listening, expressed articulately my attempts to put them into words. With each stage of the painting, she always sought out and listened to my opinions, provided additional ideas and options, and ensured it was my vision she was creating. The photo does not do the painting justice, the texture of the crown and shadings are all but lost in the photo. The painting exceeded my highest expectations, the process of creating it so stress free, my only dilemma now is should I keep it for myself ?!! I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone seeking a personal piece of artwork in their life.

Jackie Impey has painted two wonderful pieces for my home! Both paintings were very thoughtful and featured images that held significance in my life. The first was of a bike carrying a basket of flowers... and the second is an amazing silhouette of a Kangaroo for my daughter's bedroom! The colours and textures of these paintings is amazing, and every time I walk past them, i find myself noticing another brush stroke I've not noticed before. These paintings hang proudly on the walls of my house; they are truly fantastic and brighten up the rooms they are in. Everyone who enters immediately sees the picture of the bike and comments on how great it looks! Both canvases were carefully packed and shipped to my address. I would recommend Jackie Impey to anyone wanting a stunning piece of art for their home, that they can enjoy for years to come. Thanks Jack!
