Working with Ericka at Modern Living was a blast! She brought my design vision to life with a ton of cool ideas, all while sticking to my budget. The pieces I picked are amazing, and I've already referred some friends for their awesome furniture and wealth of creative ideas. The compliments keep coming. IQ Matics is hands-down the best interior design / modern furniture group I've worked with. We built a 6500 sqft ultra-contemporary home, and initially asked Rae to source us one piece of furniture. She was so filled with ideas, that eventually we began to rely on her for advice on our interior design. Ultimately, we decided to ditch our interior designer, and work with Rae and team who created 3d renderings of every room and helped us furnish the home in ways that were beyond our wildest expectations. The look is a brilliant balance of extremely clean and contemporary with warm and cozy. Rae never pushed her ideas on us (even though she clearly had a vision) and let us come to our own conclusions. She very quickly seemed to have a better sense of what we wanted than even we had! And she and her team never came across as snotty, pretentious, or arrogant -- which is characteristic of so many modern furniture stores. When our order arrived, Rae (on her own dollar) personally flew to our state from Chicago to supervise the unloading and setup. Our house is now a complete masterpiece, with furniture that doubles as functional art. What is truly remarkable about Rae and the IQMATICS team is not only their vision, grace, incredible responsiveness, and just general kindness -- but also their pricing. We did plenty of price checking on the pieces we selected from Rae, and she was consistently 10-20% cheaper than others that we called. Overall, if you want the best in ultra-contemporary without the arrogance and high prices that normally accompanies it, go see Rae!

I took a big risk and ordered a custom desk, sight unseen, and thanks to Ericka's assistance answering all my questons and sending picture after picture of all the examples she could find, the finished product came out beautifully. I am so happy with my purchase and very thankful for the excellent guidance and service provided by Moderne Living. They were always available with updates and never hesitated to help with anything I requested -- I would highly recommend them!
