The process from start to finish was super professional. At all stages the project team was responsive and comprehensive. Engaging with IQ you are dealing with a serious company. The end product after 1 year remains as stunning as day 1.

Aimee at the IQ Glass offices helped me with a repair on bi-folding doors I had fitted in 2018 and Razvan attended my property to carry out the works. The process was efficient and the works carried out to a high standard (if fact the doors are now better then they have ever been!)

I had the great pleasure of visiting Shannon yesterday at IQ Glass in Amersham. What a great experience it was learning more about their Extensive Glass Ranges and to see the beautiful showroom. Very interesting learning about the company and their great success over the years. Looking forward very much to sharing ideas on glass and wood.

IQ glass are extremely expensive and their business practices are appalling. They have a slick sales operation, which is highly misleading, and their subsequent treatment of customers is extremely bad practice. We had very expensive bifolds installed 18 months ago. The delays and ordering errors of IQ Glass were a warning. Even after completion, there were obvious signs of poor workmanship and incomplete finish. Instalment is outsourced, and we had multiple teams involved with no overall ownership for completion. IQ glass lose all interest after the contract is signed, and their service is abysmal. Unsurprisingly, we now have a problem with one of the bifolds - the lock is not working. On contacting IQ glass, they tried to charge us £350 + VAT for a 'service visit' despite the fact that the doors are still under warranty. These are sharp business practices that warrant reporting to authorities. Do not go near this outfit - they are disreputable and you are likely to receive chronic service and probably repeated problems.

IQ serviced our bi-folding doors. It was a very responsive and professional service. Highly recommend.

Just had a really productive and useful meeting with Joe at IQ Glass. He spent lots of time explaining the various options and talked though the system in great detail...including pointing out things that we had not even considered in relation to our project. It has made a huge difference seeing the glass in reality and being able to meet face to face - really much appreciated. He was brilliant!

Excellent job, very professional, tidy, thorough. We were very happy with the service from initial contact to completion.
