We used Polygon for a major refurbishment and extension of our property. The consultation phase was very productive with Richard quickly understanding what we wanted to achieve, but also providing his own suggestions to significantly improve the finished design. His excellent project management skills compliment his design skills so that the whole project ran smoothly from beginning to end. Highly recommended! Professional and friendly service. Mr Hough's professionalism gives one a sense of reassurance that the project undertaken is in very safe hands. My wife and I were pleased with Richard's attitude towards our build, and his ability to more than meet the deadlines we requested of him. Richard's ability to work with everyone involved in our project was very impressive. He was very upfront if something we requested was not possible, and he worked hard to resolve what was not possible in a satisfactory manner. Prices Richard charged, we found to be satisfactory with other qualified architects that we contacted during our initial stages of our project. We are so grateful for his professionalism and expertise, and cannot sing his praises enough. Thank you Richard.

We wanted to extend our small kitchen in our 1930's house to include a large dining area which gave easy access to the outside and brought in more light. Mr Hough delivered an exceptional design within our budget which was modern in construction but still was in keeping with the overall style and age of our house. There was a smooth transition from design, project management and build due to the provision of detailed drawing which clearly specificed all the materials for our builders.
