After being featured in the East Bay Times for Interior Design, Shawnda decided to move forward with her dream of helping people stage, design, and declutter their homes for sale. Prior to starting her staging business, she was an active real estate agent and was awarded Rookie of the Year, Platinum Club Winner and $1M Club member. Shawnda prides herself in doing business overwhelmingly by referral, working with many of the best realtors in the business, as well as countless homeowners around the bay area. Shawnda has also been awarded “Best of Houzz” 2019-2022. In addition to her passion for staging and designing homes, she is also a Superhost for her family's Airbnb in Bass Lake, California She has 100s of reviews noting the key features of decor. Shawnda is very active with volunteering her time, passionate about her family, traveling, watching sports and entertaining.

Shawnda was excellent all around. We really appreciated her ideas on how to best stage our home within our budget, and the finished product took our breath away. She transformed the space beyond our expectations. From start to finish, her attention to detail, prompt and pleasant communication, and staging techniques made her a pleasure to work with.

Shawnda was so nice and a breeze to work with. Staging can be a very stressful process especially if it's owner occupied like in our case. She made us feel at ease and listened to our needs and concerns, and the final product truly showed that. She was always available via phone call or text and was very accommodating to our schedule. Her pricing was very reasonable, and instead of trying to upsell us she gave suggestions to save us money. When we first walked into the house after she staged it, we almost didn't want to sell it anymore, haha. I consider Shawnda a friend, and I would totally recommend her to anyone who wants to make a big statement on their home and sell it for more :)

Shawnda did such an amazing job of making our home look its best. Her creative touch and very hard work was certainly an important part of the house sale. Beyond that, she was caring, kind, enthusiastic, and a joy to work with. Leaving one's home is hard work and an emotional experience. She made the process easier, and was always understanding and accommodating. We really enjoyed working with her, and I would use her skills again if required!

There are a plethora of staging companies out there, but not many with the value and professionalism that I would risk my reputation on. I continue to recommend EBS to my clients when it makes sense to invest in staging provided the margin is there -- if I want an aesthetic solution that will help me sell listings faster and maintain profitability then I turn to EBS.
