Jim has been our service representative since December, 2023, and I want you to know that he has been doing an excellent job with our pool.

Josh is my Integrity Pools DFW technician and he does a great job. He is good about communicating if his schedule is changing and lets me know when he can be here to perform the work. He’s always friendly and puts up with an occasional run-in with a dog or two. Thanks Josh!

Michael Holcomb came out on a technical issue with my pool not functioning since our freeze a week or so go. I was unable to be at home at the time. He kept in complete communication with me thru texts. He was ale to take pictures of the area involved and let me know exactly what would be needed. I felt very confident with what he said was wrong and a very fair appraisal of the cost of repairs. I truly appreciate his communication skills and his level of service was excellent. Thank you for your choice in service personnel.

We used Integrity pools to completely re-do and upgrade our pool area- pool tile, lueder, deck, plaster, install a tanning ledge, pool/spa lights, and install an outdoor grill. Integrity did it all and got it done on time and on budget. David Presendofer worked with us extensively on the front end and throughout the process. Jill was our day in day out coordinator and kept us in the loop throughout the process. I would highly recommend David, Jill and the Integrity team for any pool area upgrade work you need.

My pool cleaner Halden is so friendly, polite, & thorough! He advised me of options for buying or repairing the top hose of our pool sweep, then offered to switch out w/ the bottom one since we only had 2 small leaks that weren't affecting its function, only spraying a little mist around. Also good w/ my dog, makes sure she doesn't get out. You just cant find service like this these days...great guy!

David and the remodel team did a fantastic job with our pool! It needed lots of work to get it back to something we could be proud of...and they did it! We now have an incredible asset to our home, a place to relax in the Summer, and a great investment!

My child safety fence for the pool disintegrated awhile ago. Never thought about replacing it (kids are all moved out) until my elderly dog fell into the pool. He couldn’t or wouldn’t swim. Long story short I needed a fence. Since I’ve dealt with integrity pools before and with David, I reached out for help. He came out within the week and had the estimate for me. Within another week the fence was installed. Although I personally don’t like fences around the pool, it looks good and keeps my dogs out of that area. That’s what I needed and it’s definitely worth it for a piece of mind.

Integrity Pools has been a wonderful company to work with. The best thing they having going for them is Josh C. He has been terrific and our pool has never looked so good! No matter the heat, rain or cold Josh is here and does a great job. His attitude is friendly and cheerful. He has even managed to make friends with our suspicious and somewhat untrusting dog - no small feat. Josh has answered all our questions and has been most helpful. I highly recommend Josh and know he will do a wonderful job for you too!

I recently had Integrity Pools handle a major backyard project which included pool replastering, new coping and tile, paver deck and new patio roofing addition. The whole process was as painless as possible from David who led the sales process and Alan who checked on progress and quality and Jill who served as my customer rep. David was great on the sales side as he patiently assisted through the many options available when starting a project of this side. His eye for detail and style choices was of huge benefit when making hard decisions like what stone type, color, tile color, plaster type etc. If anyone wants to experience exceptional customer service, they most certainly will find it with Jill as their customer service rep. Jill was always informative with scheduling and alerting me to want the next steps were along with the timing of various crews arriving onsite; she was absolutely fabulous! Any company would benefit immensely with someone like Jill. Throughout the project it was also having Alan drop by to check on how things were progressing. Alan was great to talk with when I had questions and very insightful when a couple of decisions needed to be made in regard to slight changes during the process. Additionally, Steve was great with the plaster care portion during the wrap up of the project and he noticed that there was a pressure issue in the pump and notified the office of the issue. Again, Jill was great coordinating and updating me with the efforts to determine the issue. Chris, Brenden and Tyler were fantastic in determining the issue, a clogged skimmer, and rectifying it. Overall, I am extremely happy having chosen Integrity Pools and will continue to use them whenever a new project arises or whenever repairs may be needed.

We hired Integrity Pools recently to handle our pool remodeling. David was our sales rep who managed our project end to end. His in-depth knowledge, candor and detailed options allowed us to make the right choices for us. Jill was our project manager. She was fantastic with project timelines, managing payments and in general keeping us in the loop of all next steps. Every person we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. We are ecstatic with our results and hired them on to be our weekly pool servicing company, as well. Great company and fantastic customer service!

Integrity Pools performed exactly as expected and according to their contract on cost and timeline. The initial pricing phase was low pressure with many options being fully explained and priced. The contract provided was excellent and gave protection to both sides of the transaction. All contractor personnel were on time, did excellent work and cleaned up daily. The finished product exceeds our expectations and made us glad we relied on the Integrity advice. We would definitely use them again and have already recommended to another couple.

We are very pleased with Integrity Pools' work. Integrity re-tiled the pool, installed new coping, replaced a portion of concrete decking and replaced a cracked skimmer. Beginning with the estimate, then through the work and follow-up, the Project Managers were efficient, knowledgeable, communicative and pleasant. The project was delivered reasonably on time and on budget.

The team at Integrity pools were responsive and knowledgeable. I attempted to work with three other pool companies to get my job reviewed and quoted without success. Concerned about my plight, the team took extra time and energy to review the project and discuss options and details. All the while, their professionalism in communicating their current scheduling and some challenges we could face were always ahead of our progress so that I always knew what to expect and there were no surprises. We had a complicated job of moving 15 year-old equipment including gas, plumbing, and electrical lines about 30 feet from its origin and replacing some of the worn-out equipment. This team communicated well, worked hard, and took care to exceed our expectations.

David Presendofer and his team with Integrity Pools did an amazing job on the refinishing of our pool deck and re-grouting of our coping on our 12 year old pool. Right away, my husband was extremely impressed with the attention to detail that was paid by John Golnick, our initial point of contact. He blew away the competition. David was on point as the coordinator making certain I was kept informed of the scheduling and every step of the project finishing in advance of my "goal" date. The two workers that were sent out were professional and took extra precaution as to try and not damage any of my freshly installed landscaping. I would recommend David, John and the rest of their team time and again!

I am highly pleased by the weekly service performance of Luke. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough with his work. He comes and goes without a disturbance and we are confident of a clean pool with balanced chemicals and the valves all set at the right place. We have owned pools for 38 years and this is the first time I have felt like writing a complimentary note for a pool service person.

I had two projects to do get done in my yard. One was a resurface job for the pool. The other was a replacement of an old wood deck with pavers or textured concrete. We asked around and got several estimates for each project. One of the companies we had looking at the pool work was Integrity. John Golnick was preparing the estimate when we happened to mention the deck work. He said he would be happy to prepare an estimate for that too. John was so nice, helpful and informative that even though the estimate was higher than other, we went with Integrity for both projects. We could not be happier with the choice. John was a fantastic representative for the company because everyone else we worked with mirrored his helpfulness and integrity. I think the companies name speaks highly of their values. Anyway, like any project, there were set backs and difficulties. Luckily David Presendofer and Matt Ross were there to keep things going and more importantly, keep us informed. They did a great job of communicating each phase of the project and how it was proceeding. After all is done, our pool looks and feels like it is brand new and the deck has become our favorite space in the house.

We enjoyed working with the Integrity Pool team. They were very competitive on price, did great work, and did as they said. Very reliable. End product turned out great.

Last year, we hired Integrity Pools to help us with our 50 year old pool that has popped up on the deep end over 7 inches. Other companies we had consulted recommended removing the old pool and installing a new one which would have been an astronomical expense. Integrity came up with a solution that solved all our problems for a fraction of the cost. The work was completed within the estimated time frame and price and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. We are proud of our backyard and pool now and would recommend Integrity Pools to anyone!

Matthew and David with Integrity Pools remodeled our pool November 2016. We updated tile, coping and changed the surface to a jewel Pebble Tec. In addition, we added a tanning ledge and redesigned the spa. They did an incredible job. We have had other remodel projects in the past three years, and Integrity Pools was the smoothest! We couldn't be happier!

Integrity re-tiled and coped my 16 year old pool. It has a complete new look and I love it! From the sales rep, to levelling the deck to the final acid wash they were terrific.

I'm very cynical when considering to hire on contractor for their services, but I've experienced exceptional results recently when I decided to award Integrity Pools the contract to remodel our swimming pool. From the initial consultation, throughout the work process, to the final day, and the follow up by management after the project was complete deserves nothing but a 5 star rating. I would highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking at a pool remodel project.
