Integrity Plus Floors

It’s been pleasures working with Integrity Plus Floors. They’ve been a client of ours since June 2016. Their workmanship and professionalism are second to none! The owners and staff are detail oriented, responsive, and always deliver above and beyond. We look forward to many more years of a great business relationship.

One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. John ( the owner ) of Integrity Plus Floors sold the job to my wife and I . He explained he had his own installers he had used for years and they would be installing the floors in a few weeks. This turned out not to be the truth , he Sub-Contracted to an independent installer, who was too busy and then the Sub- Contractor found another Sub-Contractor , Integrity Plus Floors had never used before! The installer showed up the first day of the job, with no John ( the owner) to walk the job , no details except a piece of paper , he was unaware he would be moving furniture and that they were doing baseboards. The job was plagued with mistakes and reworked caused by John not overseeing the job, Only showing up when I would call or text him with issues. These mistakes cost me hundreds of dollars in lost materials ( its okay though John over measured and we had several hundred dollars of extra material to use!) The last day of the job John and his Sub-Contractor got in a huge fight in front of my house over getting paid , again very professional ! John walked the job and started pointing out things he wasnt happy with as if the last day on the job was the time to do this. When I tried to explain to John how these things were unacceptable and I basically acted as the Contractor and mangaged the job ( multiple trips to Lowes to pick up supplies his crew didn't have ) John explained it was not his fault the Sub didnt have the equipment , or a truck large enough to pick up materials , BUT DIDNT I HIRE INTEGRITY PLUS FLOORS TO DO THE JOB! John and Integrity Plus Floors have been paid in full and my baseboards are not complete as he measured that short! John had every excuse in the world why this things were happening anything from , he was doing his own floor at his house, to his wife had to go to the hospital. Bottom line is there is lots of other flooring places in this area , use one of the them , or better yet hire an installer yourself and save thousands of dollars you will end up doiing it anyways, trust me .

Integrity Plus Floors installed laminate, moulding and carpet in our new condo, replacing all of the existing flooring. I will definitely go back to them the next time I need floors done. They returned my initial call promptly. The representative in the showroom was friendly and knowledgeable. After searching the entire valley for our preferred product, they were one of only two flooring companies who carried it. Their estimates were clear and pricing was fair. The installation was quick and done well. They met all of my expectations.

John and Nash were professional, helpful and very accomodating. I work 50-70 hours a week, but they made the purchase and installation of my new floors a walk in the park! And, the quality of the products and the installation are awesome!

Their description says "building supplies", but they are flooring. And they definitely do it right. Our new wood floors look fabulous! Our neighbors have come over to rave about them even! The guys are great to work with andso extremely dedicated to your job and how it looks. It becomes their house while working on it. Great job guys!
