Integrity did a great job. Tessa communicated with us constantly keeping us informed of job start, job process and job ending. Ryan an Nicholas were nose to the grind stone and had the job done in a day. I was also impressed that they both wore protective noise, sight and lung protection all day. The site was left amazingly clean upon completion. I will be recommending Integrity on our neighbourhood preferred contractor list and will hand out cards to my clients, family and friends.

Went with Integrity Masonry for my fireplace stone surround after seeing some good reviews of them. I am not one to write reviews, but was so impressed with their work that I just had to this time. Tessa did not hesitate to make suggestions that made a world of difference to the finished product – nothing that cost more, just tips on how to finish along the floor or up to the mantle so that it looks good. The work was also meticulously done and the fireplace now looks amazing. Thanks Tessa and Connor for all of your hard work on this one !!

Tessa and Conner did a great job installing our large limestone fireplace surround. They coordinated everything from getting the proper grout colour from the stone company and were very professional and left our site spotless.

I needed some urgent repairs done to my brick wall before I could continue with new window installations (the latter was interrupted because the wall was unstable). I lucked my way into a phone call with Nick, and within a few days the job was done, allowing the windows job to be completed. The wall is now solid, and two new stone sills were added at very little extra cost. Nick is very pleasant to deal with, as is Tessa, who did the work. I will hire them again (especially since I got a free mask and t-shirt!).

It was a pleasure working with a relatively small business, with work closely followed by the owner, who live up to their reputation. Professional service from the initial quote to the end of the job leaving everything spotlessly clean. This was a small section of brick repair that had been damaged due to poor installation of a previous deck. I had little hope of being able to get the job done before the winter, considering I phoned in August and there was a backlog due to the pandemic. Nick was able to fit us in between jobs and his team did great work on the brick repair as well as parging around my foundation. We will call them back for a door sill installation next year.

This is the second project Integrity has completed for us, and just like our replacement windowsills, the repair done on our front porch was speedy, professional and built to last.

We can highly recommend Nick and his crew at Integrity Masonry for several reasons: 1) they are great to work with because they kept us informed. Nick sent me daily emails early each morning to update me as the work progressed. If the work was going to be shut down due to weather, I was informed immediately by Nick or one of his crew. I also liked the fact that Nick visited our work site most mornings and ensured that if I had any questions, they were answered, 2) they persevered to solve difficult problems. The restoration of the brickwork at our 100+ year old house required the difficult task of setting up scaffolding two stories high in a 36 inch wide alleyway between our house and that of our neighbours. Despite taking more days and more scaffolding materials than expected, there was never any doubt spoken that they would not succeed, 3) despite the additional time and materials used, the final cost was the price on the original estimate and 4) finally, the quality of the workmanship fulfilled all of the requirements specified in the original quote.

We hired Nick to re-do our fireplace and mantle. He responded quickly to any of our questions and went above and beyond to ensure it looked professional. We would definitely hire them again.

We were very, very happy with Nick and Integrity Masonry and their work. We now have a beautiful new fireplace!

We consulted several other masons before we contacted Integrity Masonry. They were the first firm who took a logical, progressive approach to determine what the issue was with our chimney, identify the cause and location then propose a solution. They showed us pictures as they progressed and very patiently explained what needed to be done. They very professionally completed the work and cleaned up when they were finished. Throughout, their staff were very competent and pleasant to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone. They live up to their name - integrity.

We have bought a new house last May and after having seen a series of unprofessional and incompetent contractors go through our house it was refreshing to work with Integrity Masonry. From the moment we met for the quote to the moment they completed the remodeling of the fireplace they were professional and demonstrated excellent craftsmanship. We are very satisfied with the end result and would recommend them to everyone.

Nick and Integrity Masonry have now completed 3 separate masonry projects at our house over the last 2 years and each time he does an amazing job.
