I bought a custom lighting set several years ago and was very pleased with the product, advice service and pricing. I just received a new order and you still are tops in all the categories. My order was. Rather small, but, I felt like all my questions were answered simply and courteously. Product arrived as ordered two day early. Thank you for all you do for your customers.

Inspired LED sets the standard for excellent sustomer service. I had a minor issue with my under-cabinet kitchen LED lights. Inspired LED has THE BEST customer service and design department. Sent them a layout of our kitchen cabinets and they sent LED lights that fit EXACTLY AND the jump kit for over the microwave as well. Jim and the crew went above and beyond to assemble a pendant light for the ceiling! It had been man handled by a couple of high voltage electricians who did not know what they were doing! So I brought the parts to Jim and he made everything work! He fixed the LEDs, the transformer is amazing! So here is a picture of the finished product! Thank you Jim.

Inspired LED is a fantastic vendor to work with. We remodeled our kitchen 8 yrs ago and Inspired LED helped us design our kitchen cabinet lighting. The lighting turned out amazing and we loved them! Amazing! That's the only way I can describe not only the product but the customer service. I purchased the Universal TV backlight kit. All my questions were answered about the lighting and Laura was great, very knowledgeable and professional. The instructions were clear and application was extremely easy! Years ago, I was trained as an architect and built several homes. I'm still picky about design details and am careful to do work correctly. But, my experience with electrical is limited. Fortunately, InspiredLED products are easy to install. The InspiredLED website has great information, photos, and illustrations, and the people could not be nicer. Still, I did a lot of double checking. No matter how silly my questions were, they were always friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. I now have InspiredLED lights under stair treads, under kitchen cabinets, on my kitchen island, and in my closets. Each installation was unique. I had an exterior application, an interior retrofit, direct wire and plug in, dimmer, and motion activation. My next projects are deck lighting and driveway lighting, and I will be returning to InspiredLED. Note: In photos, stairs are before installation of tile.

It's hard to imagine any firm that could even touch this firm's integrity, creativity, customer service, ethics, or willingness to solve your LED quests! The culture of this firm is unmatched. They have created a boat load of LED projects; kitchen ceiling, kitchen counters, livingroom ceiling, bedroom ceiling, 3 outside decks, bed platform, overhead carport beams, outdoor steps. You just can't go wrong with this one.

A low budget project that was the easiest DIY project I have undertaken. I found the three representatives of Inspired LED I spoke with to be efficient, courteous and most of all patient as I pursed answers to the project. If only more companies had employees of this caliber.

Absolutely love these ultra sleek LED under cabinet lights by Inspired LED. They were easy to install and let off a tremendous amount of ambience lighting. The best part is when the lights are off you cannot even see them under the cabinets. You can mount lights any place under the cabinet (back center or front) and even have them on the inside lip to face the wall (which is how we mounted). We placed them on a lutron dimmer for easy setting. Thank you Inspired LED for placing the finishing touches on our new kitchen
