I found Lindsay through a Google search. I would absolutely recommend Lindsay and her team. She was so easy to deal with and also put me in touch with a great real estate agent. I am living interstate and Lindsay and her team were onto it from the start. My small unit sold after the first open. Initially I was concerned about the cost of furniture presentation. But I can now say it 100% made such a huge difference to the interest it attracted and most definitely increased the sale price on my property. Would definitely recommend Insitu.

Insitu sold our home! We asked Lindsay to style our home before going to market and the result just blew us away. She inspected the house and came back with a plan that would enhance each part of the property as well as recommending a few small changes we should make to complete the picture. Our agent suggested computer generated furniture but Lindsay and the team at Insitu furnished our home to such an amazing level we sold on the first weekend and received a return our agent estimated to be ten times our outlay. Our son’s home is going to market shortly and yes, Lindsay and the team will be there to ensure it’s presented as it should be and make it sold.

This is an amazing business and Lindsay and her team are the best. They staged my property and to be honest, I did not recognise my home as their furniture and styling transformed my home into one of those Lifstyle magazine properties you see. I firmly believe their styling enabled me to get an offer 3 days after the first home open and the property was sold at a price above my expectations.

We have used Rohan and Lindsay on several occasions now and find them extremely approachable professional and efficient in everything they do. They staged our last property in East Perth which sold very quickly. The apartment was on the second floor and presented quite a few problems getting the furniture to the apartment with no lift. Quick to respond, very friendly, professional consultation process and were a pleasure to deal with. Lindsay went out of her way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon for the consultation Our home was styled in less than 48 hours of our consultation. The staging is very stylish, tasteful, thorough and faultless. A very fast and efficient process. Very happy with the result which in turn enabled us to achieve a quick sale at a very good price in less than ten days over the Christmas/New Year period.
