When I hired them to replace the kitchen countertops, the installers scratched the wall and cabinets and broke the old countertop that was scheduled to be used in an income property. When I hired them for the 3 bathrooms, they measured wrongly the tub surround, cut the vanity top in a pattern that was requested to be done differently, and the soap corner pieces were not shaved down to 3/4" thick. They took 3 months and refuse to correct the issues. Poor workmanship and horrible customer service. They are a waste of time and money.

This is the 3rd job I have done with Pedro and his install team. I met Pedro several years ago for my primary residence in Winchester where he did a granite sale and install for in law apartment. He did a granite sale and install for me in Watertown at my 2 family home rental property and just did this last one in Watertown again for another 2 family home. All three were done professionally and excellent and clean install. He is very competitive in pricing. Highly recommend. Dino P.
