What started as a small family business opened by brothers, Wayne & Stanley Hoffmann, based out of a small office duplex on Eikel street has now become New Braunfels’ preferred choice for carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate and more. Our mission is to sell quality name products while providing excellent customer service. We employ experienced and professional installers, most of which have been serving our satisfied clients for more than 20 years. We only install products we sell for quality assurance. We also believe in giving back to the community by supporting youth and school based activities, as well as the Cancer Society, St. Jude, and the local ALS of Texas chapter. Hoffman Floors did a great job of taking out our mismatched tile and cork flooring and installing beautiful engineered hardwoods throughout the main rooms of our house and gorgeous new tile in the bathrooms. Everyone was professional and knowledgable. The work was done to our exacting expectations and they figured out a way to beautifully solve the one minor problem that cropped up. We would use them again in a minute, except that we like our beautiful new floors too much.

Hoffman is a fantastic company to deal with. I was re-doing my kitchen and needed tile for my backsplash. From the beginning they were professional and helpful. My store contact, Jennifer Perez, was incredibly helpful and had great design ideas. The crew that came and did the install did a fantastic job. They arrived on time. The install was perfect. They made sure the site was clean at the end of each day. I am getting ready to do wood flooring and they will be my choice for this as well as carpet. I appreciate their excellence.

We received superior service from Hoffmann Floors. They repaired the loose tiles in our kitchen, installed new laminate flooring in a different room of our home, and tiled our back porch. All three areas are just beautiful! Great quality and service. They scheduled their work at my convenience and completed it within the projected time frame. We highly recommend Hoffman Floors!
