Matt was wonderful to deal with. He worked his magic on our house by replacing all our doors and fitting a lovely engineered oak wood floor in our lounge. Matt and his team were clean, polite, on time and did what they said they would do, to a high quality. I can highly recommend Matt and will use his services again.

Matt and his team undertook work in our home recently - laminate flooring throughout the downstairs, replacement internal doors and refurbishment (with some replacement parts) of staircase. I cannot praise them highly enough. From the very beginning Matt was extremely helpful, suggesting the various possibilities and options that were open to us. He and his team were pleasant, friendly, punctual and tidy at all times and the quality of their work was of an extremely high standard. We are delighted with the work that they did and would highly recommend.

I have long dreamt of a library, a home for my books and a room to unwind in, and finally I had the opportunity to create one. I live in a 500 year old cottage with wonky walls, wonky floors and wonky beams. I commissioned Mat to come and build my dream library and he delivered, and then some. It was a challenge, navigating the wonky cottage, but his expertise, patience and artistic skills were clear and I now have a beautifully designed, crafted and painted library. Mat was super respectful of our home and our family and I cannot recommend him enough.

Mat installed six new oak doors, laid an oak floor in the dining room, hallway and study, installed new cupboards in the dining room, boxed in some pipework and replaced all the skirting board in the dining room, hallway and study in a house dating from the early 1800s. The work was not only completed to an exceptionally high standard, but Mat also kept me informed of the various options as the work progressed. The house was left clean and tidy at the end of each day of this quite large project. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mat to carry out major carpentry work.

We are very pleased with the work Matt has done for us. He removed old manky doors from a wardrobe and a cupboard and replaced them with really beautiful shaker doors and made good the fittings and primed and painted. We are delighted and would thoroughly recommend him for excellent workmanship and professional service
