Fantastic service from start to finish -- couldn't be happier with our purchase! Yijan was extremely knowledgeable and kept in touch with us as our furniture was shipped and installed. Well crafted attractive furniture that all of our friends comment on when they're at our home.

We had a wonderful experience with Home Element and would highly recommend to anyone. We were always kept up to date with progess on our orders. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We ordered a Bruno sleeper sofa and a Clei Ulisse dining wall bed. Items were delivered and installed on time. Delivery and installation were really efficient.

Xing was wonderful..So helpful!! We went in looking for "the only Murphy Bed Couch" we'd ever seen. It's a couch ( Fantastic fabrics, we chose teal suede) that turns into a VERY comfortable queen bed, murphy style. We came out with awesome white leather bar stools, a beautiful free standing white wood closet and gorgeous Charcoal leather recliners. LOVE everything!! Wish I had another place to decorate, I'd go to Home Element First!

The product was beautiful . The staff communicated really well and they displayed great skill helpin us putting our ideas together, and finally the installer was prompt courteous and showed great talent assembling and hanging our layout . Wonderful experience!

I moved to Chicago in Summer 2014 to start a PhD program, and I landed a small studio apartment (480 sq. ft.) in River North. I badly needed Home Element's design team to help make this efficient living space work! I purchased three pieces that really made my apartment function as a living space: (1) The Penelope bed with cabinet and nightstand works perfectly and transforms my bedroom into a living room by hiding the bed in a sleek cabinet. (2) The low hanging media center hides all of my electronics and wires, making a large TV (55") not seem too large in a small space. Finally, (3) I bought a quiet-close dresser from Home Element to keep my small closet organized and functional. Working with the design team was a joy; they were incredibly professional and attentive to the measurement of your space. I look forward to more great purchases from Home Element!

I hired Home Element in Aug of 2012 and have had a relationship with them since then. There design sense and excellent customer service enabled me to not only get the apartment of my dreams but also get exactly what I wanted in the time frame that I needed. They work 24-7 to make sure you get exactly what you want. I can't tell you how many emails were answered at 11 pm at night. Mike and Xin the owners of the company are really involved and extremely hands on when it comes to there clients. I couldn't be happier with there store and consider them both friends. They provide excellent customer service and consultation. They helped me out designing and picking the right pieces of furniture for my living and dining room. They drew all the designs. They always answers all my questions promptly and were always super nice. I think they sell wonderful furniture from Italy. I would really recommend Home Element.

The product at Home Element is stream-lined, modern and elegant! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in meeting client needs. While the product is beautifully crafted and on the higher end, the price points are not totally outrageous. There is a range which makes it more feasible for many people. I would definitely recommend Home Element for modern home furnishing needs!
