In summary: pushy sales, awful communication/project management, terrible quality. There was terrible communication from beginning to end. Contractors would come unclear of the job, and there ended up being a lot of back and forth with management, the contractors and us, arguing for what had already been discussed. The sales manager is pushy and deceptive, promising one thing and when it’s not delivered he blames the client. The team also refused to do the project right, justifying poor craftsmanship and execution. Timelines continued to be extended because of poor project management. This whole thing was a stressful experience and after it was all done, all we want to do is plan to hire different people to fix what they screwed up, because they’re failing to take responsibility.

I had used I & E over the past 15 years, and in the past I had been very happy with their quality and service. I no longer would recommend them; the crew did a good job, but the quality of the product and the managing of the process was not acceptable. The crew had to come back several times to correct imperfections. Due to numerous errors the project took much longer than quoted.

I & E Cabinets has been so amazing!!!!!! I had a huge Kitchen, Bath and closet remodel. It was a very overwhelming project and I & E Cabinets walked me through the process step by step which made the entire project feel a lot less stressful. From the very first phone call to the demolition to our cabinets we had an awesome experience. We didn’t know exactly what we wanted and they were very helpful in guiding us in the right direction or giving us great ideas for our particular house and family. Everything came out beautiful, we absolutely love our house now and I & E Cabinets made our dreams come true. We had no issues, they were always on time and got the job done when they said they would. They are extremely reliable and very accommodating in every way. I can’t say enough great things about them!!!!!!

But most importantly, genuine concern and attention to the clients' needs and wants. Kas Tehrani and his team showed up as promised, when promised, built and modified to exact requests. I will continue to use IE as a subcontractor / supplier and recommend anyone needing any type of millwork or cabinetry consider them.

This company is amazing! I went to a major retailer for a new kitchen, 14 years ago. Their quote included .moving my pocket doors, because they could not install cabinets less than 24 inches, and the cabinet quote was $32,000. I was at my wits end when I remembered a very friendly custom cabinet company, I and E. They came to my home, spent hours measuring and gave me exactly what I wanted. The bid and the bill were the same, $17,000. Fast forward, 14 years. My cabinet door for the trash looked worn. I called them. 14 years later they refinished the door... for free. Who does that In Los Angeles? They could not be a better company to work with High quality cabinets for lot less that a major home retailer.
