I had the pleasure of working with Ina on an overseas residence (South Africa) that included architectural, interior and landscape design. With the initial brainstorming session, her ideas and input were brilliant. On the day of the shoot, it was sheer delight to work closely with a professional who has an astonishing eye for composition, color and balance. By skillfully using light and angles, she made it a breeze to emphasize certain attributes of the home. Her sensitive approach and strong attention to detail were incredible. Ina is extremely intelligent and talented, however, it is her excellent sense of humor, enthusiasm and calm demeanor, which make working with her very relaxing and lots of FUN! Her beautiful work speaks for itself. I would hire Ina again in a heartbeat.

Being an interior designer, I have several options to go to when selecting a photographer for my designs. Since I've used Ina Van Tonder Photography, she is always my 'go to' photographer. Once I was having difficulty styling the client's home for a photo shoot, Ina could see that I was having problems, so she calmly helped me and then took time to speak with my client, so I would work a little more quickly undisturbed. I was ever so grateful. Her shots are always clear, focused and bright. She captures exactly what I ask her to and clients feel that their homes are always well cared for. She takes care to move her equipment in and out of their home quickly and safely, no scratching the walls or floors. I've hired Ina many times, and will do so many more times in the future, I simply cannot recommend her highly enough! She is a true professional, one that I am grateful to have on my team.

Ina was very nice to work with, in person, and came well prepared to the shoot, which was a favor to my family that we did not insist on paying for. Unfortunately, due to miscommunication, and the fact that the shoot was only four days before the date we needed the portrait by, the project was not completed without some minor complications, however Ina pulled through in the end and we are forever grateful!
